From the beginning it has an unpleasant smell that, according to what we were told on previous occasions, is due to something failing when connecting the drains with the city drains.

The room appeared to be freshly remodeled and cleaned, however I did find a few pistachio shells on the floor that cleaner had missed. Somehow the tv remote was on the floor and under the far side of bed as well. Manager and receptionist where very friendly and responsive to my requests and made for a pleasant stay.

The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The hotel was not what we expected, it wasnt clean. The rooms need to be upgraded. I honestly think a Motel 6 wouldve been a better stay. Were a fam of 4, the room sleeps 4 but no blankets, pillows were provided for the sleeper sofa. There were 2 medium sized towels in the room. We had to ask for extras along with the blankets. It was just inconvenient. I wouldnt stay here again.

We noticed that the rooms wasn’t cleaned properly. There were “dirty” hand prints in the headboard of one of the beds and hairs in the tub. Overall, we were disappointed with our room.

Worth the extra penny compared to other hotels in the area. Clean, well kept, and modern, this is a big one because a lot of hotels have that musky ambience to them. great location if you need to Uber and breakfast included. My purpose to stay was visiting and would come again!

The room was ok but it wasnt clean.. there were tiny papers all around the bathroom and multiple hairs.. also the rug smelled kinda bad

We truly like all about our stay. Soft beds and pillows, staff is very friendly, not fancy but up to part. Everything was close!

loved the elevator with window loved our room the front desk staff was very welcoming at check out they asked all the right questions about our stay although we only stayed for one night I wish that we could have stayed longer; I told them next time we go down there I will stay there again and that I would highly recommend staying at Holiday Inn to my extended families and friends.

Great area, very safe. They offered a complimentary breakfast and it was delicious, even offered hot sauce for the breakfast burritos. I was definitely surprised. It was very clean and updated location.

First time being at this hotel. The reception workers were very courteous and check in process was a breeze. The room looked clean but the bed was a different story. The pillow covers and sheets seemed extremely wrinkled similar to when they have been used several times. Bed cover was stained and I honestly didn’t have time to call and wait for this to be resolved. The beds were very comfortable, nice and dark, plus the AC worked wonderfully!! To be honest, we will not stay there again.

Hi! I absolutely loved our stay here, the rooms were spotless and the staff up front were very kind and welcoming :) the breakfast was good as well and we had a great time in the pool. Definitely will be back!

We were given a room that the heat would not work, the tv would not work nor the telephone. When I went to the front desk the person on duty said I needed to turn the thermostat all the way up to 85 to get the system to work and the set the temperature where I wanted it later. This did not work. He told me I needed to push reset button on back of tv to get the tv to work. This didn’t work either. He said the telephone system wasn’t working. I finally went back to the front desk and told another manager on duty by then that I wanted a room with heat and tv or I wanted my money back. He changed me to another room with still no phone service. The room was not clean and especially the bath room. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.
