Filthy dirty floors, stained sheets, cockroaches, staff acts like they are bothered to give you clean bed sheets & towels, Called front desk about screams coming from the next room very late at night they did nothing and neither did the police when I called. Very unsafe. Smells like weed through out the property. No breakfast, no guest laundry, unfriendly staff.

I have to say the people at the Red Roof Inn are just amazing and better then most places at a 5 star place, Victor, Emma, Carmen, Cue and the list goes on! Me and my mother had to stay at Red Roof Inn for 3 weeks because house is being teant and its been a lot for us and they make us felt like family, not like some low lifes or didnt understand about the struggle in the world! Ive been at the same job 16 years and dont want to spend my life savings on hotels but its life but what am paying against rent is so huge of money! I dont think this place should be 2.5 stars it should be 3.8 at least...

Filthy dirty floors, stained sheets, unfriendly staff, unsafe. Smells like weed all over the property. Attitude from staff when requesting clean sheets/towels. Called front desk because guest in next door room was screaming at her kids after midnight. They did nothing and neither did the WPB police after the woman threatened my husband for telling her to shut up.

The bed itself was clean and comfortable. The floors were very scuffed, and looked dirty, but may have been ok. The bathroom wall had reddish/brown mystery stains on them - I cleaned them off. Lots of rust in the tub and some on walls. Mildew smells were mild to moderate. It was nice they put me in an end room so it was very quiet.

Almost every surface appeared to have stains, splatters and/or a layer of gross, hallways & room. I will say that it looked like the “cleaning crew” had done a pretty good job with what they had to work with though.

A/C is barely running, showed manager a picture of all the cockroaches in the bathroom and he only said yes they’ve been spraying but did not offer to clean them up. He offered a 3rd floor room which I’m not accepting because I’m not lugging all my stuff back and forth to the 3rd floor. I booked a Superior King Room which the only difference from the king we were in last week is a chair and cockroaches. I didn’t pay to share the room with roaches.

Good location for MLB spring training. Nothing fancy but good enough for a week of baseball spring training

The staff was nice but seemed to be having system issues resulting in long wait times for check in (and some rework-one guy ahead of me left to his room but had to come back to get a new one assigned). You get what you pay for and I appreciate the accommodation of pets but our room had visible dirtiness (chunks of human hair, trash/debris on bathroom floor, rust stains on sink counter) so we didn’t unpack or use showers. We have a baby who touches everything so we wiped down counter surfaces with Clorox wipes and the wipes were visibly dirty so we just kept him in a playpen. The beds/linens seemed clean. There was the sound of running water on the second floor near vending machines with an open drain. Won’t stay here again and tried to not really be at the property much but it met our needs for a place to sleep for one night. The location is convenient but I’d recommend spending a few more bucks to stay elsewhere.

Got charge a 30 dollar fee for checking in. Had to pay cash because they didnt know how to ring it in the system.

I was in a room next to some very noisy individuals who stayed up until almost 5am yelling. So it was very hard for me to sleep. Other than that the room was clean and the staff was nice and welcoming.

Lobby and room had a smell like when someone has smoked recently. There was a girl smoking marihuana in the parking lot next to where I parked in the entrance of the lobby.

The room was very dirty.Never been on a room so dirty. Never coming back.

This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve been. Mind you I knew not to expect a 5 class hotel, not even a 3 starts hotel , but I was at least expecting a clean place. The bathroom was dirty, dirty floor, the bathtub was not clean, old and raggedy appliances. Each room had a horrible smell, like moldy , stinky, dusty . It was bad

The hallways smelt like mildew and the room smelled like smoke really bad. We could not even stay because the smell affected my asthma so we had to leave and find somewhere else.

Got to the hotel early due to the end of my cruise. Was told there were plenty of rooms but was not allowed to check in early without paying a $30 fee. What in the world? NEVER heard of this. I checked into a 5 Star Beach resort even earlier the week before and they welcomed me with no extra charge. I travel ALOT and have never seen this when rooms are available. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to store my bags and give me a key to sit by the pool, but all of my sunscreen and swimwear were in my bags. So, I sat in the lobby for a couple of hours. During that time, I watched homeless people arguing about an eviction and two other people come down to ask for refunds due to the quality of their rooms. When I finally got to my room, it smelled like mildew and stale cigarettes, their was paint missing from the walls and door, trash on the floor and stains on the sheets, and hair in the bathtub. I might expect this from a $75 motel room, but I paid $140, on a Sunday night. This place is FAR from a $140 room!

When we enter the hotel lobby was a strong smell, bad smell. The floor was dirty specially in the bathroom.

If you want a hotel with constant police presence, halls that smell like pot and only getting your room cleaned every Wednesday, this is the place for you. Overpriced and not worth the security risk to stay there.
