Loved our stay at RHI! Beautiful property with a friendly, helpful staff. We stayed in room 17 which was across the street and apart from the main house. We loved the privacy of being outside the main house with all the foot traffic. Our room was quiet, comfortable and had a lovely front porch with rockers. Room was on the small size but more than adequate and the bathroom was gigantic. In room fridge, fireplace and coffee maker. Room 17 is an upstairs unit, which we preferred as we don’t like to hear footsteps on the ceiling. There are only stairs to access this unit so if you can’t manage stairs or taking up your luggage, this wouldn’t be a good choice for you. Our friends stayed in the main house room 7 and it was a fantastic unit as well. Huge room but small bathroom. Had direct access to outside patio area. They did not complain about any noise. Only room I saw that I wouldn’t care for is room 1- in main house lobby where there would be LOTS of noise and foot traffic. Great stay! Highly recommend!

The welcome of warm chocolate cookies was the perfect end to a long driving day. Room 16 in the cottage was perfect for us, a comfortable bed and a Jacuzzi tub to soothe body and soles after hours of roaming the beautiful neighborhood. The French toast breakfast was so good. The front porch tables were full but the tables and service inside were great too. There were some minor problems in the bathroom lighting. Everything was clean and very attractive in decor. We would stay here again. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The Rhett House is a gem! Staff were welcoming and friendly, and during happy hour we had an amazing conversation with the staffer about her experiences from living around the world. The other guests were also interesting and personable. The cottage we stayed in was spectacular; I wish I lived there! Beaufort is the cutest little town with the nicest people. I can't wait to come back; hopefully, I can rack up some Rhett House frequent flyer miles! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Beautiful southern plantation appeal close to town. All walkable.

The Rhette Inn is a beautiful house in a fabulous location. From the time we walked up the steps to the reception, we were greeted with friendly hello . The balcony that goes around the hotel is a fabulous place to sit, have your coffee, have a drink, talk to the other people that are staying there it’s just an incredible place. Breakfast was delicious. There were cookies at 2 o’clock cheese and crackers at five and a dessert around eight. Can’t beat the delicious food that they presented to us. Our room was huge even had a double sink in the bathroom. We love that it had chairs to sit in and a very comfortable bed with great sheets, pillows, and blankets. If you go to Beaufort, I would highly recommend this place.

Staff very accommodating and helpful. Location was within walking distance to downtown.

We stayed one night in this historical mansion b&b and probably won’t go back. The room we had was on the ground floor in the house’s main hallway between the entry and kitchen. It was nicely furnished. Unfortunately We were awakened at 7am by pounding and scraping on the wall and windows directly outside our room. And when I got out of the shower there was a man looking at us through the window!

Every member of the staff was very welcoming.

Lovely place filled with charm

The Rhett House is a great venue. We had a comfortable room and the breakfasts were very wonderful. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Extra amenities made the stay even more wonderful.

Great B&B, super employees, location can’t be beat. Morning breakfast is very good as are cheese and crackers, dessert, etc. We will be back!!!

This is a beautiful, historic home. It is gorgeous and comfortable but has the unavoidable old house quirkiness, slanting floors, creeky floor boards, etc. it was very quiet- we didn’t hear the other guests at all and even though we were very near the open kitchen, we didn’t hear a thing from there. The location is walkable to every place you’d want to go to downtown. We would stay there again.

A very lovely experience!

Everything was great except for one thing...the room A/C (I had room #6) was really noisy...it would run and cut off for about 30 seconds then start back. I would recommend replacing this A/C with a more quiet one...

Outstanding BNB in a fantastic location. the owner/manager was extremely friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond in making us feel at home. We will definitely return to the Rhett Inn.

Staff were excellent, well informed and very helpful.

We have stayed here before. Lovely clean rooms with all the Southern charm you would expect. This time we stayed in Room 14 which is across the street from the main lodge. Just as nice as the main building. Breakfast grits were as wonderful as ever.

Very clean and everyone was very friendly and eager to help. Food was great. I would recommend Rhett House Inn as a place to stay on your trip.
