Its was an amqzing experience, the staff was so nice and welcoming. Felt like i was home honestly. Jay jay was amazing and helped me out a bunch. I definitely recommend this place to all of my business partners and associates if they come from to dallas

The location and the staff are wonderful. And the room is clean and well maintained. The property is in need of an upgrade. Our bathroom ceiling had sections of the popcorn effect fallen off so it was patchy. We stay her yearly due to the staff, amenities that serve us well like breakfast and the pool. But don't expect a modern look or newer beds. I also wish the pool maintenance was done prior to opening time. The guy was very friendly with the kids but on 2 of our days the kids had to wait for an hour after opening to go in the pool due to his working on it at opening time.

The guy working at the desk was awesome! Very friendly and helpful! Our room was a little dirty, the couch bed seemed like it hadn't been cleaned. There were several damaged items in our room like dents in the refrigerator, and one of the closet door handles was broken. There was a strong smell of marijuana just inside the door to the building we stayed in (building B, elevator entrance).

Trundle bed sofa impossible to sit on.Went next door where friends were staying at Hyatt.Had breakfast with them after telling staff about my experience next door.

Very comfortable and functional. We had a carpet issue where tacks were exposed but, once reported, it was quickly repaired.

Good breakfast like most RIs. Nice room. Short walk to several restaurants. But I informed desk at check-in that I had no car, only to find myself charged at checkout a parking fee. They appear to default to a parking charge. Not okay.

The rooms are old and not in proper condition. Bathroom door not closing or some items not properly functional is a very standard problem with all Resident Inn properties. This one was with less problems that few others I have stayed at in recent months.
The management is complacent that the loyal resident inn patrons won’t go away but at two places I already used Homewood Suits and now I think it should be a default choice.

I had hoped the room would be somewhat close to the pictures (and the reviews) but was disappointed by the outdated room. The staff was very helpful and accomodating.

Honestly, this would be a 5-star review, with the exception of two things. 1) I was in a room closest to the door and the walls are a little thin, so I got to listen to the drunken hallway conversations as people returned to their rooms. 2) Whoever they hired for lawn care should be fired. The guy on the weed trimmer that took 45 minutes to just do the area around my room, while I was trying to sleep in, was a little overboard.

I will definitely be coming back to this location if I travel to this Texas area. It was such a nice location, I walked to 7-Eleven and to all the restaurants located near by. It is right next to the Addison Improv, which is in the parking lot next door. Staff was also very nice. I chatted it up with a staff member about the bold coffee. She was VERY polite and friendly. The front desk was quick and smooth with check in and check out. Applause for this Residence Inn.

When we arrived we were moved to another hotel. The hotel was nice but we had booked a suite and we didn’t get that at the other hotel. We also picked the Residents inn because it had a complimentary breakfast. The one we were switched to didn’t have complimentary breakfast. No one told as these things when they switched us and I did ask and they said we would have same type room but when we got to the new hotel they said they didn’t have any suites available.

The gym could use some attention. No cleaning supplies to wipe down equipment when done, water filters needs to be changed, and half the dumbbell rack is empty. I take my fitness somewhat serious it would be nice to have the normal variety dumbbell sizes. Other than that it was a excellent stay

Room was in need of repairs, cracks in the ceiling and bathroom door. Hallway had an obvious wet spot from a leak in the ceiling. Breakfast was just ok, coffee was always cold, and pool was dirty. Charged daily for parking and it wasn’t an area that this should be a thing.

We lost our air conditioning and need a cool place to stay for the evening with our dog. Wonderful support and very cool.
