Upon my arrival the front desk rep offered me a room on the first floor rather than my original 2d floor. That was nice because I have trouble walking and I was traveling with a pet.
Along those lines, your pet fee is very reasonable...definitely a pet-friendly location.
One thing that would help but probably too expensive to add...automatic doors. A bit of a struggle getting a loaded cart into the hotel with manual doors.

Everything was a bit better than expected, except breakfast was a little sparse. Good deal for the price. Felt safe. Relatively quiet.

The staff was super great, we were here visiting my daughter who just started college and the whole process from check in to check out was very accommodating

This area was a little run down and needs some updating. However, I would stay there again with my family because the owners and staff were extremely nice, my room was clean, and the breakfast options were better than other hotels that boast a free breakfast. Front desk staff was friendly and continued to be helpful.

One of thebworst parts of the city for crime

Receptionist was very rude asking me questions as to why I was requesting a bed sheet. Never have I ever been questioned. Felt humiliated.

We have stayed there a few times. Has always been clean. The owners and employees have always been very nice. Only thing they could do is work on the bathroom counters. It seems like every room we have stayed in the counter has separated from the wall.

I was unable to check in. No where prior to my booking the hotel was I informed that I would be required to pay a $100 cash only deposit. I did not have cash nor any way to obtain cash at 3:00 AM. Therefore I was unable to check into the room and obtain the much needed sleep I needed. I am just as angry with the hotel staff for their lack of concern over taking my money for nothing. I plan on suing both Expedia and the Executive Inn and Suites in Wichita Falls Texas.

I would not stay here again. There was a lot of dog hair in my room. It got all over my socks. Had to wear my shoes at all times. This motel was too expensive for what I got. A motel 6 is cleaner.

The owners were very sweet. I accidentally left my license and they immediately called me before I left town. The sheets were soft and the rooms were very clean. I thought it was thoughtful that they left a spare disposable cup by the in room coffee pot. I will be staying here on my monthly visits.

We had a great stay. It was a halfway point for us getting home. Nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. Will stay there again if I'm ever in town

This hotel has an overall good vibe to it. I felt it was comfortable. However, i have had the pleasure of working in this industry so I know what customers are looking for. You get what you pay for. The room had an appearance of being clean. It wasnt really cleaned from the previous stay. Maybe they didnt make a mess but i suggest quality control checks. I saw that my room needed a thorough wipe down especially the walls. There were crumbs on the sofa and the mirror hasnt been cleaned in awhile. The mirror fogged up and i saw where someone had wrote on the mirror.. Dust and wipe the furniture and clean the AC..it had cigarette ash it look like in the vents. Ithink its a good hotel but needs little attention to detail

Staff was very friendly. The room was updated with wood floors. The bathrooms had not been remodeled but were clean. My son went swimming in the indoor, he said the water very cold. We had a family of 3 with a large dog. We were there only one night so we did not use the shower. We will stay here again on our way back home.

Nice property. They were painting the outside when we got there. Rooms were updated and nice inside. Loved the tile floors in the guest rooms. My kids were super happy with the Texas shaped waffles for breakfast. Will stay here again.

Staff was friendly and place was nice and clean and quiet. We had a very good experience. Also they include breakfast and they only charged me $15 for each of my two dogs. Because they didn’t have a single bed room available, they gave me a double bed bedroom for the same price, so the dogs ended up having their own bed which it was nice. The room was big and clean.

Cute place with lots of pretty plants in the lobby. Staff was friendly. We had a missing shower curtain in our room, but the manager quickly replaced. It wasn't as clean as I would have liked (hair on the bathroom floor, toilet wasn't secured & would rock when using, etc), but overall, it was a good spot to stay for a night. They appeared to be pet friendly and had a good vibe overall. The beds were very comfortable & AC was nice and cold.

Rude staff, subpar breakfast, and the entire hotel smells of curry. The smell is inside every room and bathroom. You cannot escape it.

The hotel clerk was friendly but the cleanliness of the complex was poor and in need of a severe cleaning.

Price was reasonable, easy to find location. Restaurants lose by. What I didn't like - couldn't figure out the TV channel, only could find sport channels.

This hotel isn’t in the best area which is fine compare to everything else, my main issue was the cleanliness. There was vomit in the hallway by the trash can from before I arrived even until I checked out two days later. The walls were dirty the shower too, I didn’t even want to shower there but I had to. The floors were even dirty I was shocked and told my husband about it and he said next time he’s booking our stay. I was traveling with children to visit him at the military base and I will never stay at this hotel again. Pool wasn’t working, breakfast was limited, everything was dirty. Go somewhere else unless that appeals to you.

When we arrived a pile of water was coming out of the refrigerator…housekeeping didn’t plug it back in. Then the air conditioning was leaking we slipped on it in the morning. After tells my management…they said sorry.
