The room was very dated and banged up even though it was advertised as newly refurbished. Paid for a riverfront view and ended up on the second floor so not much of a view. The windows were so dirty that the view was compromised. No one greeted us when we arrived or left so we used the automatic check. AC hardly worked so we spent a little time as possible in the room. Bed pillows were small and so lumpy we all woke up with sore necks. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and will not be staying here again

we like the hotel seemed to think that if you have a dog you don’t want a nice place to stay. the furniture was old missing parts and broken there was a fridge in a little cubbi closet on the floor not plugged in or even near a plug. Very disappointed…

Had our daughter’s wedding here and had a great time! Beds were comfy - some of the rooms were out dated but didnt care cause we had a blast! Who spends time in the room anyways? It was clean and no weird smell so that’s a win! Way better than Don Laughlin hotel!! They had terrible service and horrible beds - o and the In person gaming was so fun at Harrahs! Dealers were amazing! For sure going back!

They nickel and dime you. For checking in a couple of hours early, they charge me $13, as soon as we got in the room, my kids wanted to know how fast the wifi was so they used a tablet and a phone to log in and check, after that i had to pay to connect my laptop even after they logged out. The hotel registers the device connected first and that's it for the whole stay. It doesn't matter if you don't use that device. As a business owner myself, i would focus on giving your customers value instead of trying to get an extra $20. People would come back and spend more money.

Rooms were ok but needed to be cleaned again. Bathroom had weird stain on wall and urine stains on the floor. Bathroom also had a strange sewer smell. Found several hairs in the bed.the room has the possibility to be nice. We checked out early

Planned trip as a get away for my wife and I. Booked a king bed and got queens, booked a river view and got the desert view. Really a dissappointment when I book a month ahead and when i get there nothing is as it was booked.

We booked at Harrah's for the convenience of attending a concert that was on site. Not only was there NOT designated parking for guests, there was no one guiding traffic, OR space enough to park in order to check-in. The valet attendant was very rude and unaccommodating as well.

they charged extra for the pool and lake saying its an extra $18.99 per day....excuse me but that lake closes before pm which is check in and also the pool was not open . we were charged $40 more for things that werent used. Also room service never came around to tidy up the room ....we called them 3 times. bathroom was filthy as soon as we went in . asked them to clean the dirty nasty stuff in the restroom . they were kinda accusing us of it being gross but we explaind we just arrived. horrible horrible experience

Stayed the night for a Riley Green concert. Great experience all around. The concert was on property, plenty of parking, the resort did a great job overall of managing the crowd, etc. Would definitely do this again. Riley Green was great!

Property was clean and comfortable. Pol area was well appointed. The only thing that could have been better was if the room had a small refrigerator.

Ivy my personal concierge was answering my questions throughout my stay and responded to my texts promply. Really enjoyed the beach front. Love that theres a separate adult pool/jacuzzi here.

I was given a room that had not been cleaned, then given a room with a door that didn't close properly. I asked to repair it, but they didn't. I had to ask to clean my room and they didn't bother to vacuum. Mold in the bathroom. The shower had no door, water flooded bathroom floor. Management would only give me an extra floor mat, they are aware that it's a horrible setup. I had a daybed for a couch/chair that served no comfort at all to sit in. The hot tub was down for repair, which had been down for weeks prior to my stay, but it was mentioned when I booked. Awakened by buzzing alarm at 6 am Sunday, no apologies. The food choices were limited. Guy Fierri's Mexican was WAY overpriced. Smashburger was good and priced right. Difficult to get servers to get drinks while gambling, often taking 40 min. or longer. I had choices of hotels, I will not stay at Harrah's again

Was able to smoke in my room. Private beach to bring my seadoo while my room was just steps and a elevator away from water. Nobody messed with me but was helpful.

Our room was humid ac was not working properly I tried to get service but it would take over an hour to get anyone to respond and once they did we were either sleeping or on our way out of the room so they would not come look at the system.

I didn’t like that they didn’t come clean the room. You have to ask for it. So no clean towels for a hotel right next to the river. Makes no sense. The kid pool was closed early due to maintenance issues. Definitely overpriced for the quality of our stay. Never going back.

They open the north tower too soon. There were no ice machines on many of the floors. I went on a holiday weekend and they were not prepared. How long have they been open? They acted like it was their first crazy busy weekend. There was a guy in valet named Zeb He was very, very cool and very kind He was a Bellman There are not enough restaurants Half the elevators don’t work I will not stay there again

Not enough staff during check in. Calling house keeping or front desk waiting for someone to answer was absurd. The Wifi was horrible I could not connect only one device and I had two rooms I booked. My room bathroom sink had mildew my room smelled horrible I had to wait half a day for them to come clean it. The line to North Tower elevator was insane never again. I cannot imagine if there an emergency. The line wrapped around up to smash burger.

When I see the Ceasars Entertainment brand I expect the best, but not at the Laughing Harrah's Hotel and Casino. What bothers me the most is that every I'm about to mention can be fixed immediately if the managers would actually care or do their jobs. We booked a room at their renovated North tower during the Labor Day weekend. Upon arrival we noticed the concrete on the driveway and ceiling self parking garage were filthy. The elevator has no air conditioning, the floor tiles were dirty, cracked and missing as well as the elevator ceiling. The parking garage doesn't connect with the reception building and you will need to walk quiet a bit. Check-in was confusing and we waited a while. After finally checking in we walked to our rooms but found a very long line to get into the elevators. We arrived at our room and immediately noticed there were no towels, shampoo, hair dryer or coffee makers. The room was cleaned but you can tell the TV and the light fixtures were not included in the renovation process. Walking to the pool and to the beach we noticed many areas that were filthy, trash cans overfilled and cracks on tiles and pain chips everywhere. I understand the hotel grounds are old but everything I mentioned can be fixed if the managers walked their property and hire the right cleaning crews. This hotel had nothing that reminded me of the Ceasars Entertainment brand.
