Great place, rooms were dated but clean and comfortable. Food options on site was great for us, no problem checking in late either - would stay again.

On arrival the Keycard wouldn't open our room door. A very helpful gent from the bistro helped us sort it out (This is the short version of the story!)

Booked a room with a balcony, the hotel idea of a balcony is the walkway in front of the unit with a table. Not what a balcony is. There were tissues on the path and some horrible brown something spilt in the open drain outside the door of the unit. At 6am the trucks, parked around the back of the units where you cannot see them, start their engines up and leave them running, one truck after the other

Our stay was spoilt because our room was dark and dingey the ceiling lights needed higher wattage bulbs. The sidelight next to the phone wasn’t working so I had difficulty contacting the reception who expected me to go over there in the freezing cold.We made do with my iPhone torch.The restaurant staff were wonderful and we enjoyed the food

Staff are friendly, bistro and pub attached and rooms are clean. We stay here every year for the country Panthers game and always have a good stay.

The room was small but sufficient for 1 night. The smell of bleach hit you in the face the minute you opened the door. This is not acceptable and not good to be breathing in. We had to leave the door open and open all windows to help get rid of the smell. Glass shower screen cracked. Shower door wouldn’t open properly. Never liaised with anyone at check in or check out. Just received a text message with details on how to access our key.

Great place to stay when visiting Bathurst

Staff were very accommodating, polite and friendly. Bistro and bar is very handy. Bar closed a little early.

We stay here every year as it’s a convenient location for the event we attend. Good location- walking distance to shopping and eateries. Rooms have ample space, are clean and renovated tastefully. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

The hotel was good and just what we wanted for one night. It is close to the town centre but we chose to eat dinner at the hotel. The fair was ok. The room was comfortable and clean

I really wanted to like this property but there were a few negatives on our stay that I just can’t look past. Its position to Mt Panorama race track was brilliant and the room itself was nice but for us it kind of went downhill from there. The renovated shower leaked everywhere. I mean everywhere. We were happy to have breakfast both mornings at the bistro but the first morning I ordered the Smasged Avo & Eggs for $20 which was expensive for white toast, overcooked vinegar eggs and black avocado. I’m not exaggerating. Not one bit of green in sight, just grey/black avo half mashed on a piece of toast. It looked revolting. I don’t know what chef in his right mind would ever do that to a paying customer So gross. But the clincher for us was the room we were in was next to a walk way. Day 1 had us parked next to bags of laundry which we assumed were there temporarily. On the 3rd day we left, we couldn’t even walk down the front side of our car to get in and leave, the laundry was piled up even more, the pile just grew and grew. Really off putting. If they just took care in presentation for their guests, it would be a great place to stay.
