The staff where wonderful with accommodating my needs with checking in and out. I would stay there again.

When trying to check in the people running the front desk were more concerned with handing out food to extended stay guests (I’m assuming they work nearby) and did not acknowledge me at all and kept letting the other go in front of me. I stood patiently for over 5 minutes while this happened. The second person working saw me and simply sat on a chair doing nothing and not acknowledging me. There were no blankets on the beds and the room was very run down. The elevator smelled of cigarettes. The front desk did give us blankets and extra pillows when we asked before going to sleep. In the morning when I pulled back the shower curtain there were 3 roaches in the tub.

I was charged by the hotel even though i already paid Expedia

They had no reservation or a room for me even though i had a printed confirmation in my hand.

Clean comfortable but bare bones

I booked a room months ahead of our trip for two beds. The morning of my reservation i received a call stating that they over booked and only had a one bed available but could get a cot for our room. There was not cot available either for our room so had to get a blow up bed. Was not able to get a extra blanket either. This property was not a great place to stay. As myself wife and 6 year old son pulled into the parking lot there was 8 cop already on the property doing a drug bust. We then find out the drug bust was only 10 doors down for our room with our 6 year old son. All night like there was pounding on the doors from the homeless people they have in this motel. I was afraid for my wife and kid. When we finally decided to leave at 8am in the morning we was faced with a drug over does taking place right infront of our child. Not q safe place at all. Will not return to this motel 6.

The room was super clean but the accommodation was bare bones. No shampoo or hair dryer. I liked the flooring (some sort of laminate) but it made the room echoey. Staff was super nice.

Don't book this hotel, hotels.com need to remove this hotel off the list. Children cried all night, after I stay, I read from previous guests commentd that city of Portland used this hotel for homeless poeple.

Staff was awesome; very friendly and helpful. Property is conveniently located near major roads and a few chain restaurants. Good choice if you are looking for a place to just sleep. Room is very basic but clean and functional. Nothing fancy but it works.

Every night when we came back exhausted from our day. The keys didn’t work. So we had to go back down to get the keys reprogrammed. Tub didn’t drain. In other words, this is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed.

We were relocated here after Hilton Doubletree inexplicably cancelled our reservation made months ahead. They simply bounced us back to Expedia to solve the problem. HATE Doubletree service, who’s probably bounced us for a higher rate. Expedia needs to discipline Doubletree to protect Expedia customers.

We had booked a non smoking room and we got a room smelling of cigarettes, with ash on bedding. On calling the front desk we were told that this is a non smoking room. Since there were no other room available we had stay in for the night. Will be never visiting this brand again

This is an unsafe location. My friend and I go on a road trip every summer and have stayed at many cheap roadside motels. Here there are people smoking, loitering, homeless, obvious illicit activity in the parking lot. A car was blocking the "check in" temporary parking area for 30 minutes, full of people who were not guests. They were chain smoking and watching people go in and out. I observed someone who literally walked off the street to use the microwave and ice machine. It's a free for all for street people. Cigarette burns everywhere in the room, there is rotting wall by the windowsill, the tub and sink don't drain, pubes on toilet, it's musty with other unidentifiable odors. Our dead bolt is stuck and doesn't turn. There was a case manager or social worker speaking with clients in the front area, asking questions about HIV status, drug use, etc.

It was go but i paid for the room through Hotel.com but i had to use a different credit card to pay for the room.

The check in woman was rude and made us wait to check in while she smoked a cigarette out front, directly in front of a no smoking sign. The entire building smelled of mold and cigarettes and the bedsheets were stained and burned. We didn’t even stay the night, we just showered and left…horrible place.

This hotel was filthy. The room smelled. The towels were thin as tissues and felt like sandpaper. The floor in the room was coming up and posed a trip hazard. It was gross.

Don't stay here. It was unsafe and dirty. The whole building wreaked of cigarettes. Not worth the cheap price. Felt unsafe and uncomfortable the entire time we were in there (about an hour). We decided not to spend the night there after we checked into our room.
