This hotel is away from the downtown noise but within a few hundred meters of being in the thick of things. Staff is amazing. Provide towels and umbrellas for the beach. Say hi and bye whenever they see you.

Great location for San Sebastián beach with many dining options close by. The restaurant at hotel is excellent, in food and service. We had a wonderful visit.

We had a very good stay! The room was great and the staff was so friendly. The beach was just outside the entrance.

Ocean view room balcony made for a great photos and the room was lovely. Staff scheduled the taxi shuttle to the airport. At night we loved that a street performer was singing and playing guitar at the eatery below. I haven’t explored other parts of Barcelona, but this was a great experience.

Loved our stay here. The location is amazing — right next to the sea and in the quieter side of town. You can walk to the busier side in about 8 minutes. The room was very nice and the staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend. Gracias!

We had come from having a bad experience at another hotel. Reception staff were excellent and put our minds at rest that we would be happy staying with them and we were. Dionne was extremely welcoming.

This hotel is amazing. Incredible view in the best part of town. The staff was exceptional and the rom was perfect!

The property was quaint and elegant, quiet and convenient. Most rooms have at least a partial view of the Mediterranean. The on-site restaurant was good for quick meals and breakfast.

Enjoyed the location of the resort. Close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. The vip amenity was 2 drinks. They were 2 small bottles of water in the room, which I am guessing that I would have received anyways. Overall a great stay. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel basically at the beach

Pleasant and helpful staff. Great location. SUPER CLOSE to the beach. Sitges is a great town and you are within short walking distance of all the sights. My only complaint was that the hotel was a little noisy - delivery trucks on the street outside and room doors slamming as people came and went. Otherwise a terrific place to stay.

Second time staying here and would definitely recommend. Lovely location with friendly and efficient staff. Nice pool area and comfortable bedrooms, relaxed cafe/ bar.

Stunning property to stay. We were upgraded to the 3rd floor suite with a chilled bottle of cava waiting for us when we arrived. Alex at the hotel is a superbly hospitable guy. We stayed here twice in the last eight month and love it here. Breakfasts, pool, cleanliness all fabulous

Amazing staff

Stayed in Sitges for 2 nights on our way South. Weather was beautiful. Dogs accepted and a great bar/restaurant attached to hotel where luckily with the weather we were able to sit outside with our dog. Sitges is well worth a visit we will definitely return. Hotel has car park on site at an extra cost. Dog not allowed anywhere in the hotel apart from our room but we have come to accept that

Good hotel and a great location close to the beach

Finding the hotel is a challenge. Parking garage is a nightmare but once you see the parking situation in Sitges you’re happy to have the opportunity to park off street. Beachfront location is world class.

Great stop out of barcelona on our way to Valencia. Our GPS didn't take us in front of the hotel so it was tricky to find. Street parking was a bit of a challenge but overall the hotel is in a great location and walking distance to many things.

We stayed in this hotel on our first visit to Sitges ten years ago and were delighted to return and find there had been some upgrading. The room was fantastic and the location was ideal for us. Good buffet breakfast, handy to have the café-restaurant out front to drop into for drinks in the afternoon too, on the way back from wherever. Only reason I haven't given five stars is that there were issues with the water supply throughout the visit and it made showering quite an adventure! They were working on that as we left and I'm sure it will be sorted in time for us to make a further visit before long. Lovely place, lovely staff, great base for enjoying lovely Sitges.

Super comfortable well appointed rooms. Reviews are spectacular and the location can’t be beat. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this Hotel and would stay there on a return visit to Sitges.

In total I stayed for four days in March, just ahead of the tourist season. I loved my stay. The staff were absolutely fantastic - helpful, friendly, wonderful. I asked for some help with a few things and they went out of their way. Beyond this: the location of the hotel is really brilliant, right on the water at the small San Sebastián beach, just behind the main drag at Sitges. It’s super close to everything but it’s also it’s own little world around the hotel and I imagine even at high season a little more bearable. The hotel is in great condition, everything works and is comfortable, and there is plenty of room, air and light. Breakfast is in a gorgeous restaurant under the hotel - the offering is ok, it is the one thing that could do with a little more choice, but it’s a tiny comment against an overall great stay and I will definitely try stay here again in future.
