Beautiful property with a great view!

Amazing location close to main sites and restaurants. Only 15 minute walk from train station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

They were very accommodating to our needs by freezing our ice pack for the purpose of storing medications cold while travelling. We were also able to extend our parking beyond check out which was very much appreciated.

Loved this hotel for a two nights stay. Very close to Luxenberg airport and was in a wonderful part of town. Very close to the Christmas market, dining, and shopping. We will definitely stay there again. Had an excellent breakfast!

This hotel is in excellency located to access the Christmas markets. The rooms are comfortable however there were no power points near the bed. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choices however at times there were no tables available. Would stay there again

This hotel is perfectly located. I stayed just to visit the Christmas markets and the location can’t be beat. The hotel should invest in room upgrades, however. The rooms are perfectly fine, but updating the bathrooms and giving regular hairdryers vs the old fashion kind bolted to the wall with the weird hose attachment… this would be appreciated. This is an elegant city so clients expect the room featured to be updated.

I suffered a cold while I was in Luxembourg, but I was grateful to be at Hotel Simoncini while I recovered. The staff person who checked me in was so helpful whenever I needed anything, and I'm so grateful for her. The art in the building was beautiful. The location was perfect for easy access to everything, including two Christmas markets, key sights, many eateries, and lots of shopping. I was able to pick up buses and trams easily as well. It was a delight stay with a fabulous breakfast and great service, and I'd love to stay here again!

Great location backing up to Place Guillaume ll. Walkable with suitcase to/from Buses and Trams, plus direct to Schipol Airport on Bus #6 or #16, and public transportation is FREE. My room was large for 1 person and the window had a side view of the square plus the Cathedral Notre-Dame. I walked everywhere ...! The breakfast was very lovely, couldn't resist a little foie gras! Friends who met me at my hotel loved the lobby and art and will stay here next time they're in Luxembourg.

Recommended hotel in Luxembourg. Convenient for sightseeing, the hotel staff is extremely friendly. The room is clean and two suitcases can be opened with room. "Breakfast was the best part." Everything is delicious and Paul's tart is exceptional.

We really liked this hotel and would stay again. The location is absolutely great for being close to shops, bars, restaurants and transport links. We did find it was a bit noisy being so close to the bars and activities going on outside so would recommend you bring ear plugs. Also we found that the cleaners made quite a lot of noise quite early and knocked on our door pre 9am to ask to clean. Although not a huge deal we didn’t appreciate this. We found the hotel clean and comfortable and the service was friendly.

Great location, modern rooms and good breakfast. Windows could do with more sound insulation, as the hotel is located next to a busy parking garage entrance and a cathedral, that really likes to ring the bells in the morning. Rooms are a bit of small-ish and there is no real door to the bathroom - just a sliding piece of glass that doesn’t block vision, light, sound or odours. PLEASE INSTALL REAL DOORS TO THE BATHROOMS! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would still recommend this even though these issues were a slight inconvenience.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Room was nice, bed was really comfy, best sleep I've ever had while away! All was clean etc, nice view and the church bells weren't a problem. For the price, I was expecting a bit more wow factor, I guess but for my brief visit, it was ideal. The breakfast was lovely, so much food, the lemon tart 😋 Very good position, easy walk down to the old town, a little harder on the way back up. Close to the bus stop for connections to the main bus station and the airport. Public transport is free in Luxembourg which is a real bonus! The city is beautiful.

Choose this hotel mainly for three reasons -location, the fact that they had room service and to get some sleep before a busy next day. Location was great. Room service however finished at 10pm so too early for our schedule, so no food to be had. Air-con in our room 301, made a very annoying sound at random times (like an nespresso machine starting to make coffee) so this kept me awake all night along with the room being too hot despite air-con being set to 18c. At checkout there was no standard “how was your stay” question. So when I still volunteered the info and told about my experience, there was no “sorry to hear that” but simply a oh. In general there seemed to be a lack of basic customer service. Like at breakfast there was no good morning or even any kind of acknowledgement from the staff. Nobody asking if you would like anything from the menu, no smiles to be seen. So in general quite disappointed by this hotel unfortunately. Would not come again.

Location very convenient to the airport. We were about to get a ride from the shuttle in both directions from the airport. We reserved a spot for the morning shuttle back to the airport, which was good since it was full. But apparently it goes frequently to the airport. Just be sure to call the front desk to arrange. It picks up and drops off in just 1 location at the airport, so you will have to get some directions if you’re not familiar with CDG. Staff was friendly and responsive. Property could use some upgrading. The room was a little old and worn in some ways but clean and overall very nice and the price was very reasonable. Our suite was very spacious with a small kitchen. The bathroom was the largest one we had in France. Very good experience. We’d stay there again.

A very nice and elegant hotel with very friendly hotel staff working to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The staff were very helpful in pointing out places to eat and places to visit. The room and bathroom is very spacious and well stocked. A very cozy stay.

Really wonderful stay at Hotel Simoncini!! Extra plus is the unique and special artwork and sculptures that are on display in the common areas and rooms, shared from the gallery next door. Exceptional service and amazing breakfast made our stay memorable. It was great to stay in Ville Haute of Luxembourg City, close to many restaurants and shops as well as convenient to the metro. Should I visit Luxembourg again, I would definitely stay here.

It was very modern and I liked the art in the halls. It is a small hotel. the breakfast was really great. The front desk staff was very helpful in storing our suitcases before check in. They were locked up securely.

Couldn't praise the breakfast buffet service enough. Eggs prepared to order, smoked salmon, and fresh squeezed orange juice were the highlights for me but many other choices are available. Great restaurant choices start just across the street and spread out from there.
