An amazing stay run by a rop notch family owned hotel group. Staff is superb. Bedding like a cloud of comfort. Restaurant is 5 star and even produces a delicious vegan course selection on request. Grounds are beyond description. Inner formal gardens surrounded by landscapes complete with wild horses! Excellent indoor pool and spa. Great place to take a nap. Will return for sure.

We had a short but lovely stay. The staff were very welcoming and nice, the room were spacious and comfortable. The food was excellent.

The hotel was a good deal as the room was spacious and included items in the mini bar. You could also use the spa facilities.
However, if your rate doesn't include breakfast, it is 37.50€ per person! We went elsewhere.
We treated ourselves to dinner in the Salon. If you like fine dining with matched wines, you will enjoy the experience.

Set in a beautiful location, the buildings and grounds are stunning. We had a standard room which was perfect for our needs, comfortable bed, lots of room. Couldn’t fault. Valkenburg is a very pleasant 30 minute walk through the neighbouring nature reserve.

It was a wonderful stay especially because of the surrounding and restaurant Les Salons. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit outdated and ready for some renovation. Breakfast on the room was mesiochre and it was quite noisy in the room due to upstair neighbours. But the dinner at the restaurant was marvellous and so were the service and surroundings.

Staff was amazing, rooms big and clean, generous gifts upon arrival and departure. Food at bistro was good and service perfect. A very nice pool and good service. Breakfast was very nice and service there very good. The surroundings were beautiful and serene. Will come back, would recommend!

This place is beautiful. The property is immaculate and it’s just tucked away enough to seem remote while only being a five minute drive to Valkenburg. We felt like we were royalty and the staff made extra efforts to encourage that feeling. I would definitely recommend this place and if I return to the area I would stay here again.

Miss charged me for a sofa bed for a 1 year old for 3 nights (when I stayed 2). Everything is wrong about the last sentence. Horrible service

This is a beautiful well maintained property. The only issue is that they are very short staffed causing long waits at check in, check out and breakfast service.

Very beautiful grounds, large rooms. comfortable beds, friendly staff.
But, kids can't use the pool 12 to 4, so that makes it difficult to have a swim your last day. Everything on site VERY expensive, and Restaurant could not seat us. We had to go into town, and wanted to stay on the grounds the whole time, not drive into town. Breakfast was 32Euro a person. The whole experience was not worth the price.

After reading negative reviews about the Senior Suite room, we were surprised that the room we had is beautiful, very specious and comfortable. It’s on the ground floor and having 2 big windows over looking the beautiful garden. Friendly staff and the dinner at the Bistro is a must, it has a nice ambiance. We also tried the pool/ sauna and Turkish bath. The opportunity for the late checkout completes this perfect weekend. It’s a lovely places, recommended!

We had a great stay, enjoyed the hotel area, restaurant, cafe and great breakfast. The spa was nice too but a little crowded. Saunas are extremely small (fit only 4 people) but relaxing atmosphere

We’ve stayed here three years and always love arriving here and look forward to returning. Elegant, simple, relaxing, serene, tasty...just an overall wonderful set of memories we’ve made here. And Maastricht is a wonderful city.
