The hotel is very noisy. You can hear everything from the hall and the floor above the room all night. Elevator is very slow

Was very clean and quiet for my liking. Nice room and amenities.

I would definitely stay there again, and likely will. Had breakfast the morning I was there; it was tasty. Only “complaint” SUPER MINOR, is that they only have Pepsi products. Lol. Room was clean and quiet, bathroom space was great.

It’s close to hard rock casino we came for a birthday celebration

The hotel itself was fine. Unfortunately, we booked this hotel so my daughter could have a place to swim, and the pool area was taken over by a group of people who thought they owned the Radisson. Apparently it was birthday party, but there were several inconsiderate, loud children, jumping in and out of the hot tub, throwing toys everywhere, and running around. The adults were incredibly inconsiderate and did nothing to stop their children from misbehaving. They had food in the pool area and even after the children got out of the hot tub they left all of their toys floating in there. I’m all for kids having a good time, but I am baffled at the lack of consideration these adults had. We all paid the same amount of money to stay there so everyone should be able to have a nice experience and these people did nothing to their children down or ask them to be more considerate of other people trying to enjoy the pool. I’m not sure what could be done, but I do wish that someone from the front desk had come in and told the people to manage their children a little better

Clean good size rooms. Very comfortable bedding. Staff was professional, friendly and service oriented.

She went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of perfect. She was always available, incredibly kind, and attentive to every detail. Her genuine niceness and professionalism made a lasting impression on me. Having stayed at numerous hotels, I can confidently say that she provided the best customer service I have ever received. Her commitment to excellence sets a high standard in the hospitality industry.
