Very relaxing & lots of things to do

Room was so small door hit the bed. Duat ruffles dirty. Basboards had nit been dusted. Grout in the bathrooms was really bad. A 3 yr old grouted around the tub. Stopper wouldn't work. Historic doesnt nean dirty. No pride in rooms

Great historic hotel. Cleanliness wasnte great as balls of various types of hair were on the wall of our shower. Also, extra sound proofing is in order. The ghost tours ended near our door and kept us up. Also, we could hear folks talking out on the blacony well into the night . Best part of the stay was the free van service in and out of town.

The Rooms and hotel need maintenance, tub had paint 3 and 4 inch paint chip's in the bottom of the tub. Rooms were very dirty with stains on carpets. However staff were very friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Grounds were beautiful.

Our stay was short and sweet. Only issue we had was the elevator broke down while we were there. Would stay again.

This hotel has a lot of history. They have a lot of activities for the guests to do. Some activities are free but not all. They keep you updated everyday what they have that day for you. If you want to relax this would be a good place to go.

The crescrnt is more like a resort than a hotel

Great ambience. The Bar was cool. The ghodt tour was great. The bath tub was origonal and not very safe for us older folks.

What an incredible hotel with incredible history! It’s a beautiful place and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Our first night was in room 318, which is apparently directly below the restaurant. Unfortunately it was pretty noisy at night until 11 pm so that made it tough to get to bed. And then at 2 am I was awakened to the sound of tables and chairs being moved around in the restaurant above. When I asked the front desk about the noise, they said that is when the cleaning crew comes in. I knew I couldn’t sleep with that noise so the front desk staff quickly moved me to a different room which was much quieter. We did the 10 pm ghost tour with Ollie. I highly recommend this tour! Ollie is the best tour guide ever ashes knowledgeable and entertaining! (We had met him earlier in the day on the Eureka Springs railroad trip…check it out…he does those tours too.). It’s a very dog friendly hotel too!

This hotel is so cool. It’s old so make sure you aren’t expecting modern amenities. They take great care of the property and it’s beautiful. We did the ghost tour as well and that was super fun! Great history of the hotel. I would not recommend the pizza place. Yuck. The service there sucks as well. 😫

Massive hair wad on the backside of our bed pillows. Air conditioner would not work properly. We closed off the curtains and the bathroom to help keep it as cool as possible and we were sweating the whole night. We just got up and left during the night.

Doesn’t handle handicap people because of old establishment. But, service was great.

Beautiful as always, plenty to do if you want to. Spa was better than it’s ever been- and it’s always been good. The elevator was on the fritz during check in- plenty of assistance carrying luggage up, but be prepared to hike the stairs to your room if it’s not working

Cool, historic, unique

Wonderful stop on our family vacation. My daughter was somewhat an expert already having watched probably every paranormal YouTube video about this place. The hotel has been remodeled so nicely that it easily beats any in the area. The piano music in the dining hall could be better, maybe just don’t amplify it. We liked the games outside and the haunted tour was really fun. My wife said that was the most comfortable bed on our entire cross-country road-trip. Highly recommend staying here and take the haunted tour!

A storm had just gone thru, and they had gotten their power back only around noon the day I checked in; this also impacted businesses in town. I was only there for one night so I opted to dine at the hotel. I would not recommend the Top of the Crescent, but the sliders at the Frisco's food truck were tasty. Also, Jasper was not the friendliest cat I've ever met.

First time we usually stay at the basin park but wanted a little different experience enjoyed it thanks!

We love this Hotel, well worth it.

Overall excellent place to stay, but the cleanest of the shower curtain was not up to the standards of the rest of the property.

We loved the hotel and staff. After we left, we remembered we had left some clothes in a wardrobe. The staff got right on it and promised to mail our clothes to us this week.

Room was nice but basic and not modernized at all. They do give you plenty of pillows and blankets. Only lighting in our room was the 2 lamps on bedside tables. Bathroom was nice and clean. But, we stayed herefor the historic and haunted aspect. Really loved that part of the hotel and it's so beautiful! I'd recommend staying here and be sure to take a ghost tour.

Loved this hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly, and its pet-friendly! I saw lots of buddies around. This hotel is enchanting. I’m going to stay a week next time.

Great stay

Needed a place to stay, was on the road. The cresent is historic, memorible. The resturant left a lot to be desired, but I hey I was able to eat.

What's there not to like!!
