Beautiful, clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Nice rooms with plenty of space. It was located close to many places to eat. We were able to take a quick trip to the casino to enjoy our evening. The only thing we didn't like was the loud family next door. It wasn't a problem when we went to sleep. We were able to shut the bedroom door to block the noise.

We had a very nice 2 night stay here with our family! The breakfast was great. Everyone was comfortable and the beds were comfy too. Only thing that could be updated was the bathtub. It looked a little worn and the toiletry dispensers needed to be cleaned better. There was visible soap and a hair from the last person who stayed there. The overall size and amenities in the room and on the grounds were fantastic and very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

I thought my wife had packed up the room while I went to get the rental car, I did a once-over when we were leaving in a hurry, and missed my suit jacket hanging obviously in the closet. When I realized the next day when I went to go wear it, I called SonestaES and they assured me housekeeping is very thorough and would have seen a jacket hanging in the closet. So I asked if any had been turned in and they said none had.

When we went to our 2 bedroom suite with my 2 year old, my daughter and my niece, we found 3 used condoms and wrappers laying around. 2 were in the let out bed when you flipped it open and one laying in the floor next to the table in the bedroom. Accessible to my son to pick up and put in his mouth!!! The bed cover was filthy with stains everywhere. I had to call down and get new bed covers and sheets and blanket for the let out couch. The leather couch looked like had not been wiped down, the room had a strong odor of dog. Not to mention the door outside leading to the elevator stayed cocked open the entire time of our 3 day 2 night stay. So we didn't feel safe at all. I will not be returning.

The fire alarm went off, after the fire department said it was safe the alarm kept going off for HOURS. No offering to change rooms to a different building/part of the property that wasn't affected by the malfunction. No offer of refunds or anything. The staff just told us that it was safe to return to our rooms, but the alarm wouldn't be going off for a while. The room itself otherwise was clean, and comfortable.

The accommodations were old. The rugs are staying. The lighting was very dim and quite honestly the whole place needed a facelift.

This once proud property is run down and tired. The fixtures falling apart, carpet torn and tattered. The worst was the plumbing! The bathroom sink was clogged and leaking. After cleaning it up and telling the front desk - nothing was done to fix the situation! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

Front desk staff was awesome

Overall a great place to stay. The Front office staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast choices were good and the breakfast area was very clean.

Second time stayinb here. Not sure if i ended up in an older building this time but the room was not as updated as the first

People live at this property. We were unable to use the pool due to residents having a party. Strong smell of cannabis and cigarettes. Property outside was dirty and my room smelled like roach spray and smoke. Worst place I have ever stayed! Disgusting ! Staff was friendly enough ! That helped a little bit. Me and Sonesta properties are done! Permanently !

There's was no room in pool - no seating available outdoors - grill taken and basketball court all taken over by a child's birthday party Unable to enjoy pool with footballs flying at me and they party left dirty diapers at poolside and trash over flowed Total disappointment

Service was absolutely amazing and they worked to help us with all of our unique needs while moving. The room needed some minor repairs, but nothing too much. Overall, great stay due to the hospitality!

Check in desk clerk scuffed at my mentioning the fact that I had requested early check in - as well as bought a $21 upgrade . I was simply dismissed with the generic check in info . And when I asked when will I be able to get was informed I would get a call. There was no request for my phone number . After not hearing back I returned to the Hotel after 12 noon - and was accommodated

Big rooms is you need to stay a few days and good kitchen.

The unit was clean, nice balcony overlooking the ocean (4th floor, probably nit able to see on the 1st and 2nd floor though). My only complaint was mininal parking on the street if you do not fit in the parking garage (I belive it was 6'4")Its first come first serve.

We had a great stay, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pool area was great for our family, and we loved being able to grill out as well as cook in. Close and easy to get to downtown/Inner Harbor with a quick drive. If we are back in the area we would stay again!

While we were only there a few nights, I can see why people would pick it for extended stays - there is a full kitchen, complete with a dishwasher! Very specious suite, also.

Quick and easy to get to and from the airport. The room's kitchen had everything we needed.

Staff was good. But the amenities were lacking. The ac was not wasnt consistant, and no hot water in the sink. Only shower had hot water.

Uniquely filthy conditions in the hallways and common areas. Room furnishings run down with burns and stains on the furniture. Drunken partiers in the hallways creating noise and disturbing sleep. Many parking lot weed smokers. Hung over "guests" sleeping in the dining area. Management not available at check-out, had to ask the kitchen staff to find someone. Did not feel safe there.

Staff seemed friendly and kind at first but then my husband had a medical emergency out side and because the AMBULANCE got called they told me i had to leave because it was a nuisance which he has documented paperwork for as he has epilepsy she tried to insist he must have been on drugs so when I got into with her over that she said it was because we came in and out to much… yet they have a pool and basketball court and I had an 11 year old boy and a 17 year Old girl with me sooo what’s the issue they are kids it’s summer time what’s the problem ?? Don’t offer fun things for people to do if it is an issue for them to be used …. And THEN when I called her out on that she said she’s had to many complaints about me … come to find out my ex boyfriend who was staying on the other side had been complaining about me to them and he’s been there a while and is friends with everybody there on a personal level.. so I find out a few weeks later that they banned me from staying there and all the guy could tell me was “ property damage” excuse me??? That place wasn’t dirty at all I cleaned it up myself before I left not a single thing was broken except the dishwasher that I used for the first time on my way out the door and it instantly started Flooding the floor I called and the maintenance lady told me it’s fine and not my fault. But now they are saying I damaged something yet can’t tell me what ? I have called and went there asking management to contact me with no response.

It was spacious for my family. We had a sense of peace and quiet.

Room wasn’t nice - door needs to be replaced, smelled terrible. Glad it was only one night or I would have found a different hotel. Will not stay again. I didn’t realize it was also a residence.
