Beautiful view! Just a hop, skip and jump across the street to the beach. This unit could probably use new carpet. Other than that it all worked great.

Great place to stay. Parking was awesome, your not looking for a space as one is already assigned. Beach is across the street. This unit could be updated with better air conditioning due to humidity ( window air conditioning) not great when there old. But overall I would stay here again. I love to cook and wash daily and it has everything I need.

The property was clean, quiet and well maintained. Our unit had a great ocean view and was well equipped. The staff was helpful and responded timely to inquiries.

We love the accessibility to the beach! We brought our granddaughter and a friend for her High School graduation. They walked down to the beach every day. They were also able to walk around the shops.

The property is very spacious. We like the split level design. Kitchen has everything we needed including a rice cooker. The area is secluded in a well maintained site and not far from the beach ( where locals go). We are glad we booked the property.

A home away from home in paradise! This condo exceeded our expectations. Booked the family unit, so we were on the second/third floors. We can’t get enough of the view, absolutely breathtaking and amazing! The kitchen had a fridge, microwave, stovetop and was fully stocked with utensils, dish soap/sponge, paper towels and bathrooms had enough bath towels, Kleenex tissue, hand soap, and toilet paper for us for the week. Hair dryer in each bathroom too. Smart TV in every room and a washer/dryer in the unit with laundry soap provided. Also, beach supplies were provided, like towels, umbrella, chairs, and boogie boards. Could have gone to a similar priced hotel and we wouldn’t have gotten all of these suite-like accommodations. Worst sleep condition we have ever had. Our two kids fought over who would sleep on the couch because the beds were so bad. A pillow top or new mattresses are definitely in order. I would never stay in unit L209 ever again. 2: the unwillingness of Maui Kamaole Condos to switch our room when I asked in advance to do so. I called 3 days in advance of our arrival and found out our room was at the back of the complex where construction is taking place. We were woken up very early every weekday morning with backhoes and the beep beep beep of trucks driving in reverse. The totally sucked. Between rock hard beds and disturbing construction noises waking us up we had a horrible experience.

Easy access to beaches for snorkeling.

Location, views, access to everything. Idyllic.

Upgraded kitchen including appliances. Well maintained and cleaned. Plenty of beach towels and amenities. Our family enjoyed staying at the property like our home. We strongly recommend this property and we would like to visit this property again.

The location and ground floor view of the property and ocean were wonderful. The property itself could use a refresh, deep clean (it was clear that Eve thing had only been wiped down-film, scum and visible dirt and grime), and update in supplies (kitchen wares, linens, beach towels and gear, and outdoor furniture.

The condo we stayed at was very clean and spacious. These condos are within a few minutes drive from the beach and close to Waliea. The owners supplied us with all we needed from dishes and pans to miscellaneous beach equipment. The front desk attendant and phone attendant were very helpful and friendly.

Kihei is a beautiful area and this location is situated close to all! Accommodation are dated but very clean and well kept

The apartment was disappointing. Although it had great view and is at a great location, the apartment is a bit outdated and needs better cleaning. If you are seriously thinking about staying at apartment/condo, you need to check if the apartment/condo has been recently renovated or not. I think the cleaning crew also needs to do a better job cleaning the apartment or replacing with newer items. Some of the towels were old and had black stain which made me wonder if they were cleaned. I had to wash all the linens and towels myself before I use them. There were cockroaches and centipede that came out in the evening. In the end, we actually booked another hotel to stay at for the last 2 nights. My brother stayed at a different apartment and the conditions of that room is about the same. So, I would say that the owners of these apartments needs to update their apartments and the management needs to do a better job of cleaning and re-stocking the apartments.

Location was great. However, there were no cleaning services during 5 nights of stay. And there were many bugs, including loaches. I felt so not clean and didn't want to use kitchen. Laundry machine and dryer were helpful to wash swimsuits and towels.

Easy walk to the Kamole beach III and saw sea turtles and tropical fish while snorkeling. Great location. Just got to get rid of the sugar ants.

We loved staying at Maui Kamaole - beautiful grounds, great spacious apartment, fabulous pool(s), and a fantastic view from our room. Walking distance to beaches & restaurants. It worked perfectly for us.
