The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful, they told me which restaurant had the better food in walking distance. the room was amazing and quiet, I like the fact they had a little store by the check in and the lotion and shampoo i loved i went online to order some

The room that they placed to sand smelt like dogs. There was puddles of pee on the floor from a previous dog. The room was not clean. It was dog hair everywhere.. I did not know that the room my book was a room for dogs… And I am upset because they did not reimburse me back my rent my money because I know that when you booked the rule for dogs, you pay more

Everything was great breakfast, cleanliness ect until our last day. We were given notice that the water would be off from 10am until 2:00pm. The water was off for 7 hours. We used the restroom in the WAWA across the highway. I think we should have been alerted prior to coming so we could have the option of rebooking. My husband and I are both Seniors so having bathroom facilities iclose by and working is important.

This hotel is my go to when I visit my brother in a local nursing home. It’s clean, comfortable, the staff always looks after any thing I may need. I feel safe and always taken care of.

Hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are small. The price is too high for the small rooms.The bathroom is nice and spacious. Free breakfast! Our air conditioner didn't work well. It wasn't bad enough to complain about.

Paid extra for 2 queens. Was given a king w/couch. Was told the manager gave up my 2 queen room at 8:30 pm. We arrived at 11pm. They had no other rooms. Don’t book at this place as they will give up your room even though you paid extra for it.

We wanted to check in at 2 p.m. (official check-in was 3 p.m.) and were told there were no rooms available. Really, not a single room is available one hour before check-in? The desk assistant also was dismissive and unhelpful. Our room was not adequately stocked with paper goods, and the breakfast was lacking, 1 coffee urn was empty, another was completely cold and the OJ was out.

Your front desk person “Meka” was the highlight of our stay! She greeted us so warmly when we arrived, went out of her way to find us two drinking glasses (I hate drinking out of paper cups), and offered us a bit of historical facts about Jacksonville and it’s waterways. We couldn’t have been more pleased, we believe she deserves a raise!
The fridge in our room (320) didn’t work, otherwise the room was fine.
The breakfast was pretty bad, to be honest. Eggs with absolutely no flavor, and the thinnest bacon known to man!
As we deposited our keys to leave the building, there were two women behind the front desk. They saw us leaving, nothing else was going on, but never said a goodbye, hope you enjoyed your stay, or anything. Too bad Meka can’t work around the clock, as she made us feel special.
