Think they can charge you for $2700 for a $1459 stay then want to argue about it and NOT own up to their errors.

Mold in shower

Nothing. went there to check in. was told I did not have a reservation. showed them my booking info as well as msg from their location. They again told me I did not have a reservation. will not accept any charges from this location.

Water pressure in shower was great. King size bed and plenty of pillows. Keurig coffee maker in room. Breakfast was cooked to order.

The fitted sheet on the king bed was NOT king size, so it would come loose in the night. There was one towel bar on the shower door facing out (and one facing in). The lack of any other towel racks in the bathroom is annoying. There should be something available to hang a hand towel and/or a bath towel, and a wash cloth, other than over the shower doors.

Location was perfect for our needs. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel.

The pool was not clean. The pump was not working. Really wanted to swim.
