Room was clean and comfortable. Dining was great.

Family vacay with dog. It was great that we had a door right out of room. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Room was fun. Attached restaurant had amazing food.

The hotel and room were excellent! The breakfast was terrible! Nothing about was good! Staff was great and accommodation was excellent. Would go again but go to Tim’s for breakfast.

This property was so humid the bedsheets felt wet i couldn't all night. Smelled very musty in the room. There was mold in the barhroom. Im sure they have to wipe down the mold weekly because of how humid it is. The floors felt wet in the bathroom the folloing morning and all towels still very wet. The shower curtain had snots on it from the previous person which was super gross. Im sure my conditoner they offered was half empty cuz barley anthibg came out. The only good thing at this place was the restaurant they have. Dinner was good. Highly recommend putting dehumidifiers in each room to save them from shutting down cuz of how moldy this place will be if not already. I feel sick today from how humid this room was. Terrible place. Do not recommend.

Fantastic stay! Rooms were immaculate! Staff were very friendly!

Although I didn’t witness any ants, the room had many ant traps with 2 or 3 in every corner. This gave me an uneasy feeling that the room may be infested with ants. No elevator in the building or automatic doors coming into the lobby makes it difficult with heavy luggage.

Staff were excellent and went beyond the norm to make feel comfortable. Restaurant was a gem

On the water

Room was dated, smelled bad. There was an ozone machine left in the room, but clearly didn’t work. Bathroom wasn’t super clean. There was hair on the countertop Very dated and needed better cleaning. Super friendly staff. Decent breakfast and the bed was comfortable. Gym had a light “strobing”.

The property was very nice. The room was bright clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included which makes it easy to be on your way. The property also has a restaurant on site over looking the water.

Everything was fine. Host was polite and friendly. Breakfast very good.

Our room was stinking badly. We thought its smelly because of dampness. We asked help from front desk and he came with a watery room freshener and sprayed it everywhere even on our bed. He said it smells like a dog, may be previous guests. But it was unbearable..

the thing I didn't like was not enough parking place for handicap parking,,,,,,,had to park away from the motel and next morning the car surrounded by water...had rained during the night...

I reserved a suite for the weekend and even though this is budget lodging I assumed it would be ok. I went to turn on the TV in the bedroom and it didn’t work which wasnt a big deal but when I looked there was bare wires hanging out to the wall and the receptacle was almost removed from the wall with no effort to repair. I called the front desk and a guy came right up and was super friendly and tried to be helpful. He called his boss who said that the repair was already scheduled for next week and there was no other room to move me. In the bathroom the towel rack or similar was broken with broken serrated metal edges which could very easily injure someone should they not be careful. I feel this room shouldn’t have been available and necessary repairs should be made. The property has a great restaurant and close to the river which is nice however upkeep should be considered for this property.

Had a course, decided to book an extra night to save more driving . Called and spoke to Brett who added an extra night and answered all my enquiries, and was there when i checked in. Absolute star and amazing customer service from Brett. Will definatly book there again when i do other courses.
