Not good. The bed was squeaky. Dim lights & broken down room. Never again. Travelled 5 hours for the hot tub and it was not in service

Hotel was ok. Pool slide was broken! Hot tub was broken! That was a huge disappointment! Rooms were clean. Probably would not return.

The room had a very unpleasant odor. Definitely needs to have an upgrade or at least a refresher. The door did not lock and people were trying to get into the room throughout the night. No safe in the room. Hallways were extremely loud.

This place is a dump doesn’t look like pictures had no hot water the cable menu didn’t match the tv channels room key worked 1 outa 3 times having to walk back constantly the breakfast is a bowl of cereal and boiled eggs highly recommend not staying their and the hot tub doesn’t work

Avoid this place like the plague… unless you actually want to catch the plague. Checked in… immediately left. It stunk so bad and was absolutely filthy. I’ve reached out to Hotels.com and the Travelodge as I want a full refund for two rooms that should have been condemned. No response yet…

This was not an appealing room/ stay for 5 reasons.

There was a bug on the bed. Also the sheet on one bed appeared to have blood stains.

Not hot water zero water pressure to shower. Breakfast room is tiny and way to crowded!

From start to finish, horrible. My room smelled like an old smokers house mixed with urine. There was hair in my bed and on my pillows. The a/c didn’t work and there was only a teeny window to open. The temp in the room stayed at a balmy 28*c which was horrible. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and the toilet stopped flushing. I let the front desk know but no one got back to me. This was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in.

Check in, check out and overall stay went well. However, was quite disappointed the HOT TUB was out of service. This is one of the key features i enjoy about the hotel and continue to stay when visiting Edmonton. For futures, would highly recommend being informed of this BEFORE booking room. Please note, the night desk person was very considerate of this concern and offed me a reasonable discount for the room. It was appreciated.

This hotel is all about the pool and water slide for my son. He loved it. The hotel is old and in need of an update but it was clean and comfortable. Great hotel for kids

It was so good

There’s bugs and fly and We ask for housekeeping for how many times but they just leave the blanket and towel outside the door, like they want us to do the job for changing the bed sheet and all that.

Everything was just what I needed. Bed was comfortable and staff were great.

I was it Travelodge West Edmonton for 4 days. The room I received was dirty and smelt horrible. The sheets on the bed were wrinkled as if not changed from prior guest. The fridge made a screeching noise at night and the wall Air conditioner was so loud. Couldn't have it on at night. The maid came only once. For 3 days i did not get clean towels, the garbage emptied or coffee for the room. The parking lot was so loud outside every night. When i asked for another room they offered me a room that smelled of smoke. Now they charged me $6.83 to my credit card. For what? I have asked for a refund and explanation of the charge on my credit card and have had no communication including from Expedia. This hotel is deceiving according to their website. Its false advertising. Expedia should not promote this hotel or even have it as available on their website.

This was a very pleasant, clean and well kept property. Highly recommend. Fun and clean pool area for kids with a water slide and hot tub.

We had to get a new room because the toilet was clogged right off the bat, original room had an AC unit that smelled terribly like cigarettes, you’re only allowed 1 waffle at the complimentary breakfast, but the service was good. You get what you pay for.

Ac was pretty noisy trine to sleep, water pressure was slow

This property is very run down. The furniture is falling apart in the room or broken. Bathroom was gross!! Ceiling tiles in our bathroom broken and stained. I don’t think these rooms have been updated in 20 years. Only positive thing I can say this there was always lots of really hot water for a shower.

Was clean comfortable and affordable. Gotta be up early for breakfast to get the good stuff. :)

I had booked 2 rooms that were meant to be the same and upon arrival they only had one room under my name. They did give me the second room but it wasn't a suite, which is what I had paid in advance for, and it was at the other end of the hotel. Not that big of a deal. The employee who I was speaking with wasn't rude but certainly wasn't welcoming or friendly. Outside the main door of the hotel it was always littered with unsavoury people who were under the influence of something and they made entering the hotel very uncomfortable. There was food on the floor and garbage beside the couch in my room. The window wouldn't close correctly so the wind kept rattling it. I had to stuff a pillow beside it so that I could sleep. Also, I'm guessing that people are able to come into the hotel to drop off flyers to every room. First, that isn't a safe practice and second, what a mess when you first open the up the door to the room! I get it, some people like flyers but there has to be a much better way of providing them. The good part was the kind woman who was working in the horrible little breakfast room and the sweet lady who was working in the attached Smitty's restaurant. Also, it is close to many things so it's convenient. I have stayed in many hotels and this experience was probably in my bottom 3. I wouldn't stay again.

Only criticism I have is the pillows are very uncomfortable so highly auggest you bring your own.
