Clean room and friendly staff

Booked 5 rooms for our trip. Two of the occupants complained their beds were lopsided. The rest of us found it comfortable.

The hotel is not new, we expected that, so no surprises here. I liked the spacious room and comfortable beds. The room was very clean. Variety of food for breakfast was limited, but muffins are tasty and we always found enough to eat and start the day not being hungry. All the receptionists were very friendly and helpful! Due to the weather conditions (very smoky air) we had to leave 1 day earlier and we received refund for that night. That was very nice.

One night heater was too noisy and woke us up.

we enjoyed the comfortable beds, the non-smoking building and the location. It was located close to many craft breweries!

Large room, bathrooms are newly refurbished. Enough storage space. Wifi worked well. Decent minifridge and microwave. Breakfast was OK, still minimalistic but seems to have improved a little from my last stay. Hotel also has a laundry room and a small fitness room

Badly needs redecorating. Lightbulbs are horrible white light - those need to go....

Room are spacious but general furniture needs to be updated

Windows are very old and there is no central internet

Staff was super friendly, and the facility was awesome. It was great value for the price

I didn't like being teased with a non working jacuzzi tub in my room that I couldn't use, and the location is a little sketchy, but everything else made up for it

the room next to us is too loud, early in the morning and late night they were shouting. maybe having party and visitors. we werent able to sleep.

loved the big soaker tubs.

we have a dog and she was welcomed with open arms

the walls don’t have much insulation so you hear everything from the hallways and even some from the room next door

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

The building is showing its age. Some chips in the mirror and tub and the toilet was two different colors. Still everything looked and felt very clean.

very dirty carpet and you can smell the dust in the room, the sheets doesn’t look new/cleaned

property was little old but they maintained well,huge rooms, nice newly renovated bathroom, staff was very nice specially “Steve”, he was so friendly & helpful.
