Amazing hotel, was really impressed, would def book here again

WE had stayed at another hotel in Dania Beach once before and we loved all the shops and restaurants and green space, so we came back to the area for 3 days this time. Our suite was large and comfortable. The free breakfast included cage free eggs, and Canadian bacon; I don’t think I’ve seen that on a complementary breakfast before.
Our room was quiet. The tub and shower were fine. The lobby area was huge.
The pool and pool area were fine, but the hot tub is in need of a DEEP deep clean. There was a brown gunk on the vertical walls/steps of the hot tub. I only went in once, saw the condition, and didn’t go again. But many others, including kids, still went in it.

Despite making a reservation months in advance, when we got there, they told us they didn’t have a room. They arranged for us to go to another hotel, but they lied to that hotel and said that we only needed a room for one person. So my wife and I and our three kids had to stay in a different hotel, in a room with one bed, and that didn’t offer a continental breakfast. Horrible experience and customer service with this hotel! Never again!

We stayed here before cruising. Hotel located in very nice area with many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Lobby was pretty as was the exterior grounds. Checkin was easy, and once i provided my Bonvoy #, I was given welcome bag. Our suite was pretty and spacious. AC worked very well. Only two issues: i couldnt get hot water in the shower so i took sponge bath in sink; and secondly, the walls and ceiling were not well insulated so i could hear shower and water from room above, and you could hear all the cars going by from the street. Since this was a busy area, it was pretty noisy. Breakfast area was adequate and there were hot and cold options. Lots of places to sit in lobby area, and self-serve coffee. Staff was checking on guests as we ate to make sure we had what we needed, and she kept tables clean and tidy. Overall, not a bad stay but not quite the level of quality i expected for the cost of the room.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Old but very clean and location was fantastic. Just our preference, but mattress’s we’re way too firm for us.

The hotel is really good. It is in a convenient location, nearby restaurants, fast food and a nice shopping mall. The room is comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast is pretty decent. Its staff is friendly and helpful. They also gave us welcome treats at check in. The hotel has a nice atmosphere. I’ll stay there again next time in Florida.

Was disappointed to see the pool was closed. The shuttle took an hour to get us at the airport and the suites were very small. Maintenance did come up to fix the broken toilet. I don’t think we will ever stay here again

Overall cleanness is good. But the room configuration is very illogical and hence we won’t stay there again - no privacy in the bedroom at all. For a suite, it does not make much sense.

It’s very old property. Location is good. But it’s very dirty and bad smells. Air conditioner is very noisy. I was very disappointed the facilities.
I can’t believe it’s Marriott group.
But Merna in front desk is really nice. She makes my stay much better. She is a gem of your place.

"First, we were placed in a room where it was impossible to sleep due to the noise and vibrations whenever the elevators were in use. After we complained, they offered us another room, which was an accessible room for people with disabilities. The bathroom flooded after every shower, and there was no room service. I would not return!"

Easy check in. Friendly Service. Free breakfast was not only convenient but very delicious.
My only comment was we couldn’t figure out how to open the window shades. We thought they were stuck down until we found the push button operable switch the following morning. I sticker on the cover plate that reads “window shades” may be a good thing to do.
We will come back.

Most shocking hotel for a Marriot chain, the hotel needed renovations and maintenance. Our first room there was a pool of water in the middle of the room, I tripped and fell. I called management and she changed the room, the 2nd room the bathroom floor was dirty, unkempt and badly stained. I thought it was not properly cleaned, but that’s how the floors are. The shower head was broken, the bed sheets were dirty. The room decor was minimal with not a single mirror in the room except for the bathroom. The room needed painted, renovation and upgrades. Everything looks run down and unfinished.
Worst experience ever for a Marriot hotel.

The hotel is OK, the shuttle service is very convenient, the bath was not working properly. The Cleaness was regular.
We paid for a breakfast that was not served although the night receptionist said there would be some snacks to take as we had to take the first shuttle in the morning so I paid for a breakfast that I coudln't take. Good for a night stay if you have to take the first flight in the morning

We stayed on august twenty second through the twenty third. When we went to bed.
We noticed that one t v would not turn off. I tried calling down to the desk but no one answered.Probably they were busy Or away. I had already put my 3 yr old to sleep so i didnt try calling again. But the tv in the front of the couch never turned off. Needless to say i didnt get any sleep that night. When we checked out told the front desk thier comment was should have called the desk. I did but also i didnt want people in and out and wake up my 3yr old. It was to close to midnight. So i also didnt want to disturb the other guests.

Bathroom was dirty. Disappointed at this Marriott Hotel. Bathroom wall and caulking were too dirty. Bathtub shower and faucet were rusty. Shower rod was rusty too. Floor tiles and culking brown/black in color. Gross.

While the service was excellent and the facilities clean, the floor wasn’t clean. The bedsheets and everything else was which is I don’t know why the floors weren’t. Breakfast smelled good but because we slept so well we missed it.
