Nice location near restaurants. We were very happy with the pool and hot tub being open from 6am to 11pm!

When you walk in, it looks very nice. Cute little area to sit and eat. However, the room was beyond dirty. The coffee machine in the room looked like it has never been cleaned, dusty and inside where you place the water was white and crusty looking. There was some sort of substance that was dried and dripped all on the front of the bathroom door. There was a musty smell that was evident from the second we walked into the room, so strong that we had to spray perfume to try and mask it. We went to get breakfast in the morning and there was no attendant to be found to order, so we ended up just checking out and getting breakfast elsewhere. The good thing was that it was in a convenient location to where we were going that evening. However, for the price we paid, this was not the experience that we were expecting.

I liked the property. It’s clean and convenient. I wish they would improve television services. Most channels were news or sports. They have difficulties with the quality of their connection. I stayed in the spring and now, and there were issues each time

The staff was beyond helpful when I needed a different room which included a sofa bed. They went out of their way to quickly change our room.

Controlling what one can view on the internet goes against what I find to be my most basic freedom. For you to choose for me what is acceptable is way over my line. I choose for me-Not you!

Nice place and very clean, bed was very comfortable. Location is good, near shopping and restaurants. Only issue was some mold on ceiling in bathroom and could use a bit of updating in the rooms.

The coffee in the room was terrible, which was bad since breakfast wasn't included and was very expensive in the cafe. The room seemed just a little small. Overall, i would stay there again.

Cons-Breakfast should have been included for the price that I paid for the room. I was told that I would have two queen beds and the beds were full size. The bed was too soft.
Pros-The front desk attendant was very friendly and quick with the check-in. The room was very clean.

The lobby seemed fine, and the person that checked me in, in the front desk was very nice. The room is dated, the pull out couch, is very small and the mattress is thin. The way the room was described online, and in comparison to other courtyards I’ve been in this is deceiving. The bathtub wasn’t clean properly after the last guests. There’s shaved hairs ( I think that’s what there’s called), and Also mold on the ceiling.

Loved the jacuzzi and staff was very friendly. Only thing is checkout is at 12 and house keeping kept knocking in the door at 11 even after asking for a minute.

It was clean. It was ok. The staff was friendly. It’s little things that add up that bothered us.
I didn’t mind paying for food at the Bistro, but the prices were very expensive for breakfast.
The tv signal went out, and they didn’t know why. Full service was not restored for 24 hours. This was not good considering March Madness basketball was on.
I wished staff came in to clean trash cans and check for towels.

The young lady who checked us in the first night exercised great customer service, was very friendly and was super helpful!
The only negative was the lack of towels available at the pool. We had to ask the front desk for towels every time we visited the pool.
