They're currently doing a remodel which really sucked because all the dust aggravated my sinuses and my allergies really bad for the 5 days that I was there. I also wasn't too happy with being charged $25 to check in 1 hour early I do a lot of traveling and I've never been charged money to check in early but other than that the rooms that they have remodeled look amazing and the bed was pretty comfortable as well.

The one thing not indicated in Hotels.com was that the Hotel is being renovated. Therefore, amenities are limited and the Hotel itself is visibly unappealing until you get up to the floor where the room is located. Then you can see the transformation the Hotel will undergo. I would have preferred to know that this hotel was under renovation prior to reserving a room there.

Smoke detector malfunction at 4:30am, chirping every minute… called front desk times an after over an hour someone came up but couldn’t fix it… finally 4 hours later it was fixed after multiple attempts. In the meantime, could not rest so showered only to discover that there was only one bath towel for my husband and I to use. Hotel also under shotty construction. All in all miserable stay that costs us about $160!

I almost didn’t book this hotel because of the reviews but I’m SO GLAD I DID! The hotel is under construction but only the lobby and the 2nd floor. The room we had was super updated and brand new! The front desk worker was super helpful and got us anything we asked for super quick! I am so glad we decided to book w them

An all around great stay. The property overcharged me but I was reimbursed the overage after contacting Hotels.com. It was stated that some fresh towels needed to be brought to my room and, after asking if additional towels can be brought, a staff member brought us a bunch of fresh towels. Excellent service. At the time of this review, the hotel was making renovations, so be patient with the appearance.

It was an overnight stay, ad I a glad it was. They were doing renovations in the lobby and second floor, so the appearance took us by surprise. We were on the third floor but we still felt stuffy when we woke up. There was just one small bar of soap to was with, so we are lucky we brought our own soap. Again, I am glad it was an overnight stay, because I wouldn't have been able to stay there a second night.

The lobby isn’t an inviting scene at the moment, but the staff are pleasant and my room was updated, clean and secure.
I was pleasantly surprised by the tidiness of the room. I’d return again.

And when you do lots of business with Manchester In/best Western now like today I tried to rebook my room and they kicked me out talking about that. It was reserved for other people. How can you reserve a room? I’m in for other people when I’m still in that room and was going to reserve it again unprofessional and never again will I step into Manchester In/best Westin hotel now.

I called ahead to inform the hotel that we would be a late night check in. When we arrived there was no one at the desk. We knocked on the office door, called the hotel # (which went to an answering machine), I was starting to panic. Eventually someone did come to check us in. Then I gave a credit card to pay and they still charged the card that was used to hold the reservation. Additionally, there was no breakfast although free continental breakfast is listed as an amenity. Disappointing overall.

Hotel was undergoing renovation, which we weren't aware of when we booked. Car charging station didn't work. No towels in our room. When we called front desk asking for towels, we were told that there weren't any. How will we shower tomorrow morning? No answer. The next morning, I went down to the desk and was provided towels by someone different. Terrible stay. I have stayed in worse places, but not many. Wouldn't recommend.

Despite lobby under construction, the room was AMAZING. Huge, clean, comfortable. Two things up. It was a great evening.
Can’t suggest this hotel enough. It is my go to for my yearly visits to UCONN.

Couldntcheck in never stayed bc it has to be done online and the room was booked incorrectly and no service at all to help the answer we got was "go online". We never stayed and I am not paying. If you charge me I will sue.

$30 if you check in before 3. Bath tub stopper was broken. Window was not closed therefore a few flies was in the room. When checking out had to ask for a receipt which did not show my total charges.

This place is ok for one night but it is broken down and mostly dirty I would heavy recommend staying somewhere else even if it means spending a few extra dollars.

I’m extremely disappointed that hotels.com gave me my price, the same price that every other hotel I’ve used on here honors, and this hotel tacked on more money for “taxes” which are already included in hotels.com price. Basically they stealing.

The whole place reception area was going under some construction. You have to go around unfinished floor to even get to the reception desk. I don’t even understand why they don’t just close the place for a day and finish the front area.
When we got to the room, it was smelling so bad, what we assumed was some pet pee. We went downstairs and changed the room, and we got a new room which was not the cleanest looking, but was acceptable.

The hotel is under (much-needed) renovation, but is very dusty and is not serving breakfast. The room was quite shabby. They also charged $22 more than promised.

Overall very good. As everyone has said its under remodel. But the room i had was clean and comfortable. Only recommendation for the room is the tub was VERY slippery. I noticed it so no big deal. Bit maybe get something to make it safer. I'm interested to see and stay at hotel after remodel is complete. I will be back next week to stay again for business v

We got there and the TV won't work all night the maintenance man was working somewhere else they had no other rooms they said I didn't realize it was on this some much Construction at the time

Sadly the property is/was renovating at the time of our stay. Our reservation was book for a no-smoking queen bed, we got a 2 full bed. The bathroom tiles was off and crack, dirty carpet and old dirty desk chair. Due to the renovation, no breakfast was available. I don't think we'll use this place again!

They are renovating the property, but should probably just close down until it’s finished. There was no breakfast, even though it was advertised, the elevator barely worked and was covered in brown paper (I assume for construction workers) and the rooms smelled like animal waste. We had to be moved 3 times and even then the room was in poor shape. Out bathroom door also would not close and made a loud screeching sound if we even tried. We were only there one night, thank goodness.

The hotel was under renovations and was nothing like the pictures on line. Messy inside and out. Windows covered with plastic in parts especially one I was in. curtains needed to be re-hemmed. Sink area needed to be up graded. The bed looked ok. Pillows hard to use very uncomfortable. Then overcharged on checkout.Did not get credit yet.
