Tried to check in around 5pm. Told rooms not available yet. Lobby full of guests waiting to check in as well. Pool closed. AC unit rattled intermittently. Property under consteuction being remodeled.

The ADA mobility room was not compliant.

The hotel was under construction with the pool and fitness center out of commission. Neither was noted on the website.

Currently under construction but no loud noises heard at all. The computers crashed when we arrived and we weren’t able to check in so we had to wait until their computers rebooted which took a long time.

The hotel was is renovation. It was just a mess! Our bedroom had a few things that were not perfect but it was pretty nice.

This property is under renovation. Some of the facilities were closed, but they still charge full price for the rooms. Beware that you need to pay for all meals including the continental breakfast.

The Building was under renovation and the electrical power went out in one section of the room. We were moved to a second room and the shower was broken. I believe that I paid too much for a room in a hotel that is supposed to have a high reputation.

Under construction and no availability of pool, gym, or business center. Breakfast not available at additional charge. Minimal and unattractive landscaping. Service was minimal, first floor rooms with missing amenities and poorly functioning hardware and plumbing. Would not recommend.

Overall great experience but the pool and gym were under renovations and that wasn’t listed on Expedia.

Property should have communicated that the hotel was under construction and nothing was open.

It was fine, very minimal but we wouldn’t stay at another Hilton Garden Inn. It’s a bit too minimal and this location was remodeling everywhere including the pool. Very few parking spaces as well due to remodeling and driveway full if pot holes

The hotel is undergoing a remodel. The parking lot is mostly filled with shipping containers and things they are pulling out of the rooms as they remodel. The parking lot that is not being used for the remodel is not adequate enough to fit everyone’s vehicles who are staying there. The parking lot is full of HUGE potholes also. The pool was closed for refurbishment. I wish that would have been disclosed before booking. We had grandkids visit who wanted to swim.

Property is undergoing renovations and half the parking lot is taken up with materials and construction items. NO place to park - people parked between dumpsters and all over the curbs. The room was clean but those pillows were most likely the WORST I have ever experienced - wrenched my neck and we were awake most of the night.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and there is dust EVERYWHERE!. When we got to our room the A/C unit cover was barely on the unit. We told front desk about it but they never came to fix it. It finally came off at 4:00 AM. Woke us up and scared us to death. Hubby finally fixed it.For the price we paid there are better options near by.

Very disappointed. They didn’t tell me the hotel was under construction, the pool wasn’t open or the spa. Hotel smelled like paint inside my room, which made it difficult to sleep. The Construction cruise started work early in the morning and was loud and disrespectful

Well, the hotel was under construction, which I understand. You have to update every once in a while. But both the gym And the pool you could not use. The lobby was under construction. The girl behind the counter told me I had to put down a $200 deposit for incidental charge. And also a $50 per fee which I understand so she charge my charge card $250. But only refunded me 150 and I used no incidentals. Not that there was anywhere to spend any incidental money at. I’ve never had anyone charge me $200. And there was no discount on the room for not having the amenities the advertise. Nowhere on their website didn’t say the gym and pool were not in working order. I feel at the least they could’ve waived my pet fee because the hotel did not offer what they advertised. The room next to me had three dogs in it and they barked all night. I travel a lot, so I depend on The gym to be available so I can get my morning workout in. I purposely look for hotels that have a gym and except pets. I don’t mind paying for the things that I need. It is frustrating as a traveler who depends on the amenities to be there when they get there. It was very disappointing. They could’ve even thrown in a free breakfast for the trouble of not having what I needed.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was nice! It is under renovation right now so the pool & gym were closed.

Stayed for one night. Very convenient location. About 15mins from Garden of the Gods and lots of good dining options nearby. Hotel is under construction; some disorder but expected. Best of all dog friendly. Will stay again!

We were greeted immediately by a very friendly and helpful staff, continuing throughout our stay. They were renovating, but the facility was very clean despite that fact. Be aware if you include breakfast with your Expedia reservation it is a continental breakfast, which met our needs. We only stayed one night. Unfortunately our toilet was clogged our entire visit. The bathrooms on the main floor were very clean and accessible.

Hotel was under construction and there was almost no parking. Room was clean but air conditioner sounded like a helicopter so didnt run and room was hot the whole time. Hard to get comfortable and sleep.

We were never told about renovations going on, and our toilet would keep getting clogged! We took a family trip and paid full price and our kids didn’t get a chance to swim or anything! Would love a refund! There should be a warning about renovations! You shouldn’t charge full price if you dont have a pool or hot tub etc!

no mention was made of the hotel undergoing construction when booking. parking availability is an issue as well. staff are very courteous and congenial.

Beer bottles and trash in the parking lot. Not a lot of parking for guests. Renovating so stuff was all over. Would have been nice to know ahead of time pool and hot tub wasn’t working.
