Hair in shower and stain on sheets. No trash barrels and no bedding for the sofa bed

I loved the whole setup & how everything was available. Also the desk lady was super nice & helpful! I just wish the pool was open til at least 10pm. 7:30 is short especially when it’s hot & muggy out. My main reason for choosing hotels with pools.

There is no check in assistance after 8. So don't be late to check in. I had to call hotel's emergency assistance they called someone and got no answer so they had to elevate my request to gain access to a room it took 30 minutes for someone to call me back.

Extremely clean and the bed is very confortable.

Loved the suite idea with kitchenettes. Was a long term and short term location. People were friendly and very quiet. We rented 2 rooms. 1 had a broken lock but otherwise wonderful room. The other room had a broken AC and stove definitely needed repair/replacement also the mattress was old and we rolled into the center. We only had a 1 night stay but if the room was better, would have stayed longer.

Extremely unhappy. I booked a 2 bedroom room in January for May 16-18. When we arrived I was told that the room wasn't available bc long term stays had decided to stay longer that I would be given 2 studios. Here in lies the problem..... I had 2 bedrooms together bc I have an autistic son who was traveling with us. So now my husband and I had to split up and have each of us stay separately. This was a major inconvenience for us and a terrible start to our stay. Upon entering the first room, I immediately turned back around and requested a different room. It smelled moldy and wet. I was told again they were sold out and only had one other room which was now on a different floor than my second room. Then after a long day Friday, we returned after 8pm to find one set of keys to the rooms was not working. We had to wait about 20 min for someone to come let us in. We were told she would be right back with new keys and never came back. Have 2 studios left our family no where to eat together or spend time together bc we lacked an eating area and a Livingroom. I find it atrocious that we were not contacted as soon as they knew the room wouldn't be available as we were left with no choice upon arrival. We also feel that having a reservation since January would have given us preference and the other guest should have been told they could not extend their stay. We are very disappointed in this hotel and how we were treated with a disabled child.

Good trip, good location, good room and service, bad in room coffee maker overcome by around the corner coffee shop.

Friendly staff nice rooms

Spent all day trying to get a lockbox code /instructions. Finally got them at 7pm by making a 3rd call. Arrived to a smoke-stinky room. No tv cables and no way to repair it at 9 pm. Note on key envelope warns about safety..deadbolt is broken, though, so we had to mivee furniture in front of th e door.

Stay was terrific for the second time in 2 weeks. Went last weekend and the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and curdious

Absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious and immaculate. The room is so pretty and bed was comfy. Kichen area is beautiful. Shower was hot and powerful. Business desk was a great size. Great sitting area for comfort of home. Great for short or long term stays. Would definitely stay again.

I couldn't check in You guys didn't update the hotel through third party So when I got there, they didn't know who I was. And the confirmation number didn't match

The property was well kept and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and with the linen being white, you could see how clean it was. The bottom of the tub was slippery, but overall the entire room/suite was very well taken care of. AWESOME customer service! Thanks to Christy & Nana for their help with finding my keys; so pleasant, polite, and patient. I highly recommend this property.

Stayed here while sightseeing around the area on a long weekend, since the location is highway-adjacent. The kitchenette came in handy for morning coffee and late night snacks. We also enjoyed having a sitting area, not having to watch tv from the bed. It had all three essentials: Clean, Comfortable and Quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Thee only ting that I didn't like was the fact that the tv had no WiFi and we couldn't use our apps to watch movies. Overall it has been amazing.

Hotel room was not clean and in poor condition.

I traveled to the area to attend a concert in the Boston area. This Residences room looked recently renovated and I was pleased with the comfort and cleanliness, I slept very well which is not my norm considering most hotel beds, but this time I can honestly say, " it was the best hotel bed I've slept in the last 10 years."

Overall room was satisfactory but there was a cockroach in the kitchenette! Made it really uncomfortable to use area and sleep at night as well.

It was hard to find the property because the signage was so small. A bigger sign at the entrance wouls be excellent. Also a bigger sign to point out the check-in area for a smoother check in process. Housekeeping came in to replace towels & throw out trash but did not make the bed. I thought that was odd. Other than that I would DEFINITELY come again.

Suite was great. Fast check-in. Easy to find the hotel. Good eating options in the area. Lots of parking spots nd esily accessible. Would recommend for sure.
