When my wife and I stayed here the hotel was under major renovations which we were never told about when booking. The front entrance was inaccessible, parking limited due to resurfacing, and the side entrances did not work using our hotel keys. During our 5 day stay, our room was not serviced once by housekeeping even after raising concerns several times to the manager on duty. On our last night we were finally told that during check in the hotel staff flagged our room in error not to be serviced by housekeeping (we never requested that). This was frustrating as we had brought up the concern several times prior. The deadbolt on our room door often failed to unlatch when trying to open the door. After alerting management, they gave us a workaround and said they were aware of these problems and did not have a fix for them. The parking lot was also periodically closed off in different areas for resurfacing, necessitating walks around the building to enter as the side entrances did not work. To be fair, our room was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the breakfast was also quite good. The main concern for us was the complete lack of communication from the hotel to guests of the frequent inconveniences - construction, parking lot issues, door issues, etc. This could be a great hotel, but maybe they should have waited until construction was either completely finished or farther along.

I always check the sheets was dirty and stained (I have pictures) the showe was so dirty black mold spots, to be a Marriott the quality of Inspection and cleaning was so poor and disgusting

The staff was very friendly! The breakfast was good and the room was fair for the price.

Check in they did not have handicap accessible room like requested Got to room and door was open and bed not made Breakfast -no juice , expired milk, coffee had grounds in it Shower had no pressure and listened to drain gurgling all night Would not stay here again

It was fine for the two night we stayed. A little noisy as you can hear doors slam in the hallway. Shower had mold, hair in the sheets and two friendly spiders - one each day in the sink. Construction in the lobby. Elevator had to go up to come back down. Food choices for breakfast very limited with a small seating area for a full hotel.

Dirty and smelly corridor and elevator carpet. The toilet flush wasn’t working. Didn’t get fixed we checked out. Terrible. Not worthy being a Marriott.

Dirty, dirty, dirty! Total lack of pride on the part of management and staff! Litter and garbage all over, even in the room. Front desk staffer wearing stained clothes, eating snacks at the desk, items left out at their feet for all to see. Totally unprofessional. No one seems to care at all. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Very happy with this hotel and is my family’s hotel of choice when visiting our son in school. Very attentive staff, more than adequate breakfast, and very clean. Some renovations are ongoing, but not disruptive to our experience.

Very nice clean room. Good breakfast. Was not aware that room is not serviced daily, and would be good to mention this at check-in, and on website. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in poor shape ongoing Reno for 3 years with no end. Guests stay all day long in front of the entrance making noise and smoking pot. Terrible service corriente this time.

Fine for last minute booking

It was adequate. Undergoing renovations and seemed much smaller than pictured online. It was a halfway stop for us and was convenient but certainly didn’t warrant $150 for the night.
