Front desk staff was either unpleasant or nowhere to be found. Stood by desk ringing the phone for 15 min and noone came. The room had a very unpleasant smell.

I had a do not disturb sign on my door cleaning staff still tried to enter. Then there was a lady screaming and banging on a door in the hallway. I told front desk and nothing was done. Parking lot had trash all over. Breakfast was nothing. It was just terrible all around.

This was a horrible hotel. It was dirty, worn down, and from the moment I checked in all I heard about was everything that I would be charged for instead of concern for making sure that I was having a good day. The lady that checked me in was very rude. And when I asked about why the $150 deposit, she made it quite clear that if I were to damage the room and not have the money to pay, that’s what the deposit was for. Bothers me as I got to the room and they’re clearly burn holes in the carpet holes in the wall and yet I could be responsible for any of those and the hotel can keep my $150.
The bed was so uncomfortable and was simply a mattress on top of a metal platform. There was a homeless guy that slept outside of the front door the entire night he was there when we got to the hotel at about midnight and was still sleeping in the same spot when we left at about 7:30 AM.

The hotel is extremely dirty, outdated and disgusting. Stains and burn marks on the rug. The beds were on a metal box that squeaked everytime you moved or set something on it. We checked in and immediately checked out 15 minutes later. Rather pay the extra $100 somewhere else than stay there. 👎

The room was very clean but very outdated as well. It was perfect for what we needed. We attended a concert at Tinley Park. Love that Denny's is across the street. They need a maintenance person to attend to weeds outside and such and garbage take out. It was a little warm int he hotel as well.

The staff was very nice for the short dealing we had with them. When we got to our room there were holes in the sheets and comforters on both beds. The carpet had holes all over and felt very dirty. The toilet had an elongated bowl with a round seat. There was no water pressure in the shower. The Tv had a black line through the center of the screen. If it would have been more than just a one night stay, I definitely would have left and found somewhere else to stay. I probably will never stay at a Super 8 again. Especially this one.

Horrible Horrible. Room carpet smells like urine. Was unable to sleep. Had window opened all night but no effect. Woke up with a headache. This place is trash. Never will i recommend this place.

We attended a concert nearby and needed a place to stay for 1 night. That room was a little worn, but served it's purpose. The room included breakfast, but the offerings we so dismal, we went somewhere else.

The hotel had a musty stench as soon as you walked in. We had paid all fees listed previously on Expedia and chose this location because it was pet friendly. We had to pay an additional non-refundable $35 and $250 deposit. The nights stay was $80. The covers had holes and stains. It was truly the worse hotel we have ever stayed in.Had we not had a concert we were attending we wpuld have left.

The room was jacked up in price because of a concert in the area. That would be fine except the room wreaked of a musty odor like someone smoked in the room at some point. The smell was so strong that when I arrived home and used my Cpap machine, the Cpap wreaked of the same smell. The room contaminated the machine. Uggh!

Not much of a choice for the grab & ho breakfast. One day there was nothing left to eat for breakfast. So had to go out for something to eat.

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 330, plus in full honesty? For the 180 I spent on the room plus 150 deposit, it was not very up to date, clean, or overall pleasant. The mattress was just a box spring, broken furnishings in our room, it says breakfast included if you think a yogurt cup and coffee is all you need I suppose, lobby was dark warm and smelled a little off, and open checking in we waited at the front desk for 10 minutes after they left halfway through. I’m pretty disappointed

Hotel employee said the website hasn’t been updated in 5 years. With waiting 1 hour longer to check in for room we were given a complete dirty room. We went back to wait for a clean room. Booked hotel in case we wanted to bring our dog. I’m glad we did not cause they said no dogs. Would definitely pay more money and get a clean room

Think twice… you may think you are saving a little money. However, your in for the worst stay, possibly of your life. Room was incredibly dirty, a/c was noisy beyond belief, outside hall smelt of last weeks garbage. Totally pass on this dump

It was anice place to spend a night. Very quiet and people very helpful. It is close to a lot of things and interstate is right there. Very nice.

Check in was very easy and the lady at the counter was helpful. It was in a good location with restaurants within walking distance. My criticism is with the condition of the property. The carpets, bathrooms and the bedding need an upgrade. It looks like they have been used for several years with no replacements. Overall, we were in town for 1 night so it served its purpose but people staying longer may not feel the same.

Our toilet was plugged when we got there. Told the front desk and they handed us a plunger to fix it ourselves. I just let the toilet be slow. I'm not doing there job. Bed was uncomfortable. But overall the room wasn't bad.
