We stayed in king bedroom suite, it gave us the privacy we needed for 3 adults (soundproof). We were able to regulate AC for each space separately, which was very helpful. Breakfast was varied with plenty of healthy options. Overall it was a very comfortable stay :)

Convenient location, safe and reasonably priced for Vancouver

Very clean, quiet and great location for the concert we went at the Roger’s Arena. Staff were very friendly and the coffee at the coffee shop was very good. Overall a good experience

Gran experience

This hotel was amazing for our single night stay. Not only is the location perfect for a walk by the water and night entertainment, it was clean and offered a great breakfast. With the top floor balcony and gym available to help you spend time with company, this hotel is great choice!

Everything was great! The only issue in the room was the recycle and garbage bins not clear and no bags. But overall fantastic!

Liked that it was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly; also enjoyed the breakfast; very convenient to Rogers Arena.

We were happy with our stay, the rooms were nice with a full kitchenette, quiet, staff was wonderful, parking was safe and we loved the top floor hot tub/fitness Center and outside patio. It was a perfect location for us to be close to Roger’s arena for our concert.

We appreciated the few upgrade and for storing our luggage before and after our stay.

The only negatives were the bathroom was very dark. The lighting is built into the mirror and not very bright. The jacuzzi isnt as large as it looks on the website but the outdoor deck is large and has nice views of the city. Friendly helpful staff and location is close to the false creek ferries so very easy to get to museums or granville island.

The hotel seems to be cutting cost everywhere. No body wash and the cleaning staff didn't have the extra laundry bags as well. No tea bags as well

Close to everything cool that Vancouver boasts about…location, location , location!

Vary pricey for the hotel

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful hotel. The staff is amazingly helpful, the rooms are comfortablle, and the shower is like a spa. We were able to walk next door to a delicious italian restaurant. We would stay here again if we came back to Vancouver.

It was a good hotel

The parki g is very tight. VERY TIGHT. If you dont need a rwntal car this is a decwnt place to stay.

Very nice staff. Comfy beds. Nice breakfast. Walkable to lots of shops an restaurants. Right by Roger’s Arena

The underground parking can be a little on the difficult side. The rooms are spacious, the lobby is clean and the breakfast options are good. You willneed patience for the elevators if you plan on using them between 9 and 10.

Day stay for cruise next day

This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting your beautiful city. We had a one bed room unit with kitchen. the kitchen had many cooking items including dishes, pans, toaster, coffee maker. What we really used it for was snacks and late night pizza eating! Because a very adequate breakfast was provided daily- waffles, bagels, pastries, cereal, fruit, eggs and a protein. I wish I had gotten the names of your front office staff that checked us ( around 2 o’clock on 8/8) in as they were particularly friendly and helpful.. we asked the young man for directions a few times over the five days and he was very knowledgeable. This hotel is directly across from the BC stadium and about a 3 block walk to the train station. The view at night from your rooftop was beautiful, which we enjoyed while using your complimentary laundry. There are many restaurants within walking distance and we loved Frankie’s!! Overall, I don’t think we could have found a better place to stay!!!

The AC is either too cold or too hot. It dyhold the set temperature

Hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating. Property was very clean and well decorated. Excellent location in downtown Vancouver. Close to restaurants and venues. Highly recommend!

We loved how clean the property was and how friendly all the staff was. From the front desk to room cleaning staff. We loved how we were able to walk outside and find things to do all day and during the night and felt safe. Perfect spot. We’ll definitely coming back to stay again.

Good location to walk around

Rooftop patio was a nice spot to hang out. The construction across the street was a little loud, but no fault of the hotel.
