It was very clean and the staff was amazing.

Beds were very comfortable. Front desk was friendly. Breakfast was okay. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I loved that the property was smoke free however there was still people smoking outside and in their cars. I could also smell weed everytime i got in the elevator.

It wasn’t a bad place to stay. Just needed small fixing. We had trouble getting in our room several time; the card reader was broken and it took forever to get in our room. Overall building needs small updates adjustments

We arrived at 130pm and was told it would be $20 fee to check in early. Our bed was very comfortable but the toilet constantly ran and the shower dripped. The room and property ad clean but had several stains.
The pool was open but the jacuzzi was not unusable after we had verified it was being used 2 days prior.

It was excellent, everything was clean, I had no problems with the room.

As you first walk into the hotel it smelt great like a hotel should, front desk staff was nice a greeting. But going up to our room on the second floor starting with the elevator. The elevator was very dirty around the edges and was almost sketchy to ride on. When we got off the elevator the second floor smelt so nasty like BO, cigarettes and it was just not clean. We got to our room and the room smelt just as bad, dirty along the edges and things in the room like the shower handle were loose and breaking. My family and I didn’t feel comfortable even leaving our items there when we left for the day. My favorite to even top it off in the room the chair had what I’m am hoping snot on it. We booked a 2 night stay but opted to not stay our second night due to these conditions and headed home.

Hello,
I check In last night, after 3 minutes of being in the 1st room we seen roach going up the wall. Then we was mo Ed to room #2 and the fire detector in the room was going off and the stuff on the wall was falling, so then we was moved to room #3. So after checking in this hotel We did not get to rest foe almost 1:30mins later. Unfortunately we was in town for a funeral service and to experience this is horrible. I am requesting a full refund. It's the company responsibility to make sure there rooms are appropriate foe guest ans the prices that a customer pays is not for all the things to happen. It's for a customer to enjoy there they stay. I have proof of all incidents including roach in the room. Contact me at 903 279 9550.

The properties elevator was iffy at most.The door cover fell off the door that cover the key reader.Tub was stain with rust or some type of gunk also on the ceiling in the restroom over the tub.The pool area was ok justa little small.The breakfast was decent.Over all it's a okay place they just need to keep up with there maintenance of the building and just not the rooms walking to our room we almost check out.

The staff very friendly. The room, old musty, dirty, blood on the door jam and the towels couldn't be hung except for the bar by the tolet. Black hairs on the sheets. Not MINE!

The staff was attentive and responded to our requests quickly; however, the facility itself needs attention. There was a lot of water leakage throughout the hotel.

The property is not bad the front desk lied about the elevator (cause didn’t work) they said tomorrow is going to be fixed. Next day asking again they say tomorrow we will fix! Still not working after a week! The breakfast very simple. Basically scrambled eggs and bacon in the same pot, pancake maker, coffee with just creamers didn’t see any milk.

It was a great over all stay until the elevator broke and we had to take the stares which wasn’t too too bad but it could have been fixed so that people who really needed it could get to their staying rooms

Stained and rusted tubs. There was a chair in the room that had pet hair all over it and it was a bunch or either mud or food all over it. Unacceptable. However, the staff was nice and helpful.

Housekeeping rude walk in on people don't give me or my guest to answer door and the staff was rude when I checked in. The mattress didn't stay on the bed kept falling on the floor there was not foot board to hold the mattress on the platform. I will NOT stay at this location ever again..

My kids and I stayed for one week as they went to camp during the day. This hotel met our expectations. No complaints. The staff were great and quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again in future.

Staff was very friendly. The entire building is very run down, carpet torn and stained, made it fell very dirty. The elevator made very loud scary noisies as it waa running. Indoor pool and hot tub was nice. We will definitely not return to this hotel. We have stayed in a lot nicer hotels for what we payed for this one.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The beds and bathrooms were clean. The rest of the hotel was gross. The carpet was horrible, the microwave in our room was broke, some of the lighting in the room didn’t work, the door to the room was missing half its panel and the door would get stuck when trying to open it. The walls had stains and other marks all on them. Some of the wall fixtures were hardly hanging on.

Booked and confirmed room was safe and accessible for wheelchair it was not the toliet is too far from grab bars to be safe to transfer, nothing around bed for any assistance into a flimsy bed. I asked to change to an accessible room they kept me waiting for 8 hours then told me no that I was in their accessible room, I assure you it was not close to ADA standards
