Just what we needed. Very upscale in a small space. Everything we needed was there. Price was great for this property. In middle of many varied eateries. Convenient access. I must say a "however". Construction on roads made it somewhat less convenient (not the hotel's fault). Directions and road names may have changed. Google maps not up to date (not the hotel's fault). There was no fee for parking and there was complimentary breakfast. NOT what hotels.com website said about this property.

This hotel was, nice, clean and a very nice staff!
My only complaint would be a $5.00 parking charge on the card I used for incidentals. No one asked me if I had a car or warned me about the charge. I didn't see the charge until long after I left.
Also there was only one wash cloth for 2 people.

This is our first time staying at this hotel and we enjoyed it. The location is great and accessible. The room is good. The bed feels great and the pillows are better than most hotels. It was clean and the staf are friendly.

There was one set of wash cloth and towel. There was no meat offered during breakfast. I had already paid for a couple days of breakfast befor knowing this. Better than continental breakfast though.

Hotel room wasn’t clean. The shower was filthy and sheets and towels all had stains. Mini fridge in room wasn’t staying cold and the faucet to the bathroom sink was extremely loose and moved when turning on. Side door that is supposed to open with key access opened just by pulling it open. Very unsafe situation allowing anybody access to the building and my room was right by the unsecured door. Front desk was slow.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The only suggestion I have would be that hire more workers to help clean the rooms. That way the rooms will be clean in a timely fashion.

My only complaint is that our room wasn’t when we arrived after 5:30 pm. Check in is at 3pm. It was only a short wait though. The room was clean and cooled easily.

I book a room as a mini vacation. I woke up to having two $80 charge attempts on my bank account. When I went down to address the matter with Sydney she became unapproachable and rude. She was unseemly and provoking toward me and would not allow me to speak nor would she render any information to speak with the main manager. This had me on edge a bit during my stay. I am not sure if I will visit this location in Alpharetta again.

This was a nice hotel in a good location! I really enjoyed my stay! The only two issues that I had was that I wasn’t aware that they charged for parking. That wasn’t mentioned to me upon check-in. When I saw the $15.89 fee on my account the next day, I was completely confused as to where that charge came from. Please tell me why this hotel is charging for parking anyway? This is not downtown Atlanta! My second issue is that I did not get my cookie upon check-in! I never even thought about it until after I’d already checked out! The front desk agent didn’t mention a word about my cookie when I was checking in! lol!

There was an unexpected parking fee which was explained as a new fee. This is not an airport location so I was shocked to see this senseless fee in place.

Stay was wonderful. Staff was excellent (Ray). Room was beautiful. The mattress was horrible. Ended up trying to sleep in chair with ottoman. I’m a double transplant recipient whose spine broke during surgery. I was unable to rollover or even lay flat without pain. I also would recommend putting a grab bar next to commode in non ADA rooms. With that being said, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there in the future.

The lady was extremely polite and offered us warm cookies before going to our room. Our room was very clean and seemed like it was recently renovated. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! It was the perfect place for a quick trip to Alpharetta for a. Concert.
