The hotel for us was the best!! Pillow top beds VERY COMFORTABLE!! Quite room 116, great air conditioner, great towels, lots of room for 3 girls, nice full size refrigerator, and the back lighting over the bed nice touch! Felt very safe!! The pool was nice, for me I like a colder pool, and it was. Hot tub not in service, but at 100+ the colder pool was refreshing! Now the staff, Jessica at the front desk, should be cloned. Every hotel in the country needs a Jessica, professional, kind, helpful, a sense of humor, thoughtful, just a pleasure all round!! Hope, and Rob (only man, LOL), at the front desk, also very helpful with anything thats needed, kind and professional as well!! And Leslie, who takes care of the breakfast, also goes the extra mile to help!! The maids are more than helpful, with anything you might need. All these great people make sure your needs are taken care of, what more could U ask for!!! They all make the Comfort Inn and Suites at 3500 E. Fry Blvd worth the money. If you have issues here, it might just be you being nit-picky!!! So, kudos to General Manger Regina Swan, for hiring a great group of people!! They work as a team to represent this hotel!! Something "more" than an At-A- boy or girl needs to be given for all their hard work!!! If not shame on you!! Thanks for your time, and thanks to the people I got to enjoy there!!!!

well maintained and attentive staff

There were no dresser with drawers for unpacking. The room wasn't cleaned between night stays.

The hotel was very clean and very quiet. The staff was kind and helpful and the breakfast was very good with lots of options.

It was centrally located and near many stores or restaurants. It was great until I found a small roach in the tissue box.

The property and the room were well maintained.

Very odd check in and I'm pretty sure it's illegal to photocopy credit cards.

Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Hot tub is out of order, which is part of the reason we chose this hotel. The gym also doesn't open until 8 a.m., which is pointless for most travelers.

From check in to check out the staff was very helpful and friendly. I want to especially point out Jessie and Nicole for going above and beyond and providing exceptional customer service.

The staff was so nice and walked me thru everything. Room was beautiful. Parking spots opposite building were tight but it was a very nice stay and i will stay there again

Nice stay

We made the booking in Dec 2023 for Mar 2024. At some point during that period they closed the hot tub and pool, but did not offer a discount or room upgrade as compensation. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

The parking was not convenient and really, there was not enough of it. I required a handicap space, and all of them were taken, except for the last night of our stay. * The room was great, it was the first time I had needed an accessible room. We had a walk-in shower, which is absolutely the best, and all my years that I have had. The adjustable showerhead was fantastic and versatile. All the towels were nice and clean as well as the beds. The room was huge and a scooter could maneuver in there very easily.There were four of us in there and we all fit wonderfully. The breakfasts was very good. I really enjoyed this day as did the party I was with. There was someone above us that was quite noisy and I had to call the front desk about it, but they must’ve handled it quite well because the noisiness stopped. Since two of us were elderly, I would say, This was the best place that we have stayed at accommodated us quite well. The first employee that we encountered was a little bit stern in explaining the rules that we needed to follow & some of my calls to the front desk were not answered. Personel may have been busy elsewhere. I’m not sure. The second night the hotel in was there a very sweet and kind employee that always greeted me with a smile. I felt much more comfortable and was glad I selected Comfort Inn.

Very nice place, friendly staff, incredibly safety conscious. I did not, however, appreciate the rule of having any visitors check in at the front desk as i feel that would be a violation of my privacy. As the paying customer, I would be responsible for any visitor's behavior and safety.

I gave staff and service a low score because I was told that coffee and other snack type food was available 24 hours. My first evening I went into the breakfast room and noticed they had bread out for toast, some packaged muffins and sweet rolls. I thought good after our 2nd night I can get coffee and a snack because I knew we would be gone before 6 AM. (Breakfast should start at 5 AM). When I went to the breakfast room at 0445 or so no food. There should always be a few snacks not just fruit.

Unfortunately the bed was to high and very uncomfortable. I am an older senior citizen and trying to get on a bed that high off the ground was difficult, and once on the bed, you could feel the springs(?). Hard to get comfortable.

Had the room next to stairs and doorway all I heard was the other people in & out and up and down the stairs. The air conditioner/heater didn't run on a thermostat so it was always running so you couldn't hear the television very well. Then received a call asking to turn done the television as it apparently was bothering the guest adjacent to my room. I travel quite a bit and I wasn't impressed with this location as a Choice member.
