Not so nice receptionist beginning with, gym and swimming pool staffs are warm and friendly. Breakfast was just ok, but staffs were nice enough. Morning receptionist was changed to a nice lady, she asked about how was our stay. Over all, public transport was not available with suitcases, and taxi from city were expensive. Wouldn’t go again if not because the swimming pool and steam room etc. if just for travel wouldn’t bother.

Please was very good looking but the rooms we're very warm and waiting staff were very slow to get you served but very quick to get you out of the restaurant at dinner and breakfast. Front desk and bar staff very polite and helpful. Would stay again

Been newly refurbished. Beautiful hotel with spa and golf course. Room was spacious for family. Food also very good only negative is the service. We ate 3 nights as food was very good. But each night it was poor. Food was served fast when order was taken but in-between it was very poor. Was never asked about another drink on any of the 3 nights

Stayed here after a wedding nearby. Was shocked to learn that for the price, breakfast wasn’t included. There was no water in the rooms. When we rang reception we were told we’d have to go down and get it ourselves. When I complained at the desk, the reception worker didn’t even bother to take his earphones out. The night staff could certainly be doing with a trainer on guest interaction. Glad we only stayed the 1 night. Would not recommend at all. We paid almost £300 for 1 nights stay in what’s basically an over priced premier inn with less amenities.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. We used this as a base to explore Belfast and the North East of Northern Ireland and we found it ideal. Great pool. We had to have breakfast once at the hotel and we were glad it was only the once. The only let down. We did mention this when we left, so hopefully this will improve!

Quiet and a great couple of days away

Beautiful grounds, lovely building. Swimming pool was brilliant. Rooms were lovely beds very comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful Overall stay was fantastic.

The hotel was great - breakfast scones were the best we had in Ireland! We took a taxi into Belfast for the day so we weren't at the hotel that much.

The property advertised that it was fully renovated and 4star On arrival the lobby and staff were lovely. The room itself was very dated and the mattress was old and very uncomfortable I requested a new mattress and was told that I’d be moved to a different room however, they placed a thin mattress topper on the old one and told me that I’d been given a replacement mattress. Each morning around 7.30-8.00am there were workman drilling and hammering in either an adjacent room or the room above I ended up checking out 3 days into my 7 day stay I would not book this hotel again in the future

Very relaxing lovely spa

Hotel was dated, crumbling walls, poor bathrooms facilities tired furnishing and not very comfy beds. Customer service was very average not what would be expected from Northern Irish hospitality.

Great staff and excellent food

I loved every bit of it, except the noise due to the renovation, of course we were informed on arrival. Service is top notch,staff friendly and response timely. I would like to visit again👌

Hotel in a good location. Pool was good, and warm so great to be able to have this facility for some down time. Staff all excellent from checking in to bar and restaurant staff. Ate in the restaurant twice, what I chose was as I wanted it and not expensive. Breakfast was a buffet style and was more than adequate.

Newly refurbished quite, clean and lovely scenery

Should be made clear when booking about the extensive building work. Woken up first thing to drills and hammering right above my head. No room service offered here which is not 4 star service. Was told I was been offered a free upgrade on arrival which was greatly appreciated- on reflection not so good where I was put as I was right underneath the builders when they started at 7;30. Bed very uncomfortable. Server in the restaurant was very quick and good.

Quiet, lovely comfortable clean bedroom and bathroom. Great breakfast. Helpful, considerate staff. Very good value for money. Hilton Templepatrick is in a lovely quiet country setting while being only minutes from the airports, ferry ports and Belfast.

Staff were all excellent. Just a few problems in the room. Tv didn't work, think the remote needed batteries. Safe didn't lock. There were no toiletries in the room when we arrived. Had to ask for those. And twice our key card didn't work and we had to go back to reception to get it reactivated.

I loved the view and staff and service and food. The breakfast was extremely fresh well made. The room could use either a fan or air conditioning as it was a bit stuffy. Besides that, the amenities and services were beautiful.

All was well with my stay after the first night. Firstly, I was put into an accessible room which I didn’t ask for. The room was extremely old and very uncomfortable. Not to mention the fans blowing constantly on the roof right next to the window. As I arrived when it was dark, I honestly thought I was next to a motorway! I had to have the window open along with the fan on as the room was extremely hot. The question I gave to ask, why put someone who paid £137 per night into one of the oldest and probably the worst situated rooms in the hotel. Maybe I was judged at the time when checking in. Thank you goes to Agnes who sorted me out immediately when I explained my issues. Agnes immediately allocated me one of your refurbished rooms on the 3rd floor. Again, why wasn’t I given that room from the very first night? Surely a good impression and the comfort of your guests should take priority! The only other issue I had was that I wasn’t informed there was no room service available therefore, I had to collect my order and then eat it from cardboard boxes in my room. I have been coming to this hotel on and off since it was built many years ago. Then, they valued me as a guest and a returning customer which made you feel special. Now there is nothing special staying at this hotel, I am just another paying customer here today and gone tomorrow. Sadly, I am not saying I will not stay again, I am merely saying “My choices are increasing by the day. Ps Every hotel should have an Agnes.

Very happy with our whole stay, no issue at all, very friendly staff, great food, brilliant lay out and brilliant facilities.

The leisure facilities are excellent, perfect for family of all ages. Food is excellent too!

We arrived late to hotel hungry, website said they offer 24 hour room service, they were under construction and offered nothing, staff was rude, we were woken up each morning by drilling and pounding at 8-830am. We were so tired staying there,no restful sleep, we could hear neighbor 's tv or talking, no privacy, do not recommend want money back, false information ,
