Excellent service from staff. Shower needs a bit of fixing otherwise still functional. Twist Rooftop restaurant is amazing, especially at night. Half price for cocktails on happy hours 5pm-6pm, I recommend Phuket Cooler! Walking distance from Old Town Phuket

Fantastic staff!! It was early in the morning about 8:30 when I arrived. Asked if I could get an early check in (took overnight bus from Bangkok). Desk reception was super considerate! They said they will try it the best of their abilities to get me checked in early so I can get some rest. And room should be ready about 10 am. Perfect! This would allow me time for a walk to the Courtyard for amazing all you can eat breakfast. (3 mins). Corner room was super spacious! Love the tub!

This hotel is 5 minutes walking from Phuket Old town. Many restaurants and boutiques available in the area. Hotel quiet, safe, clean. Good parking. Personnal professional and frendly. They speak good english. Good breakfast and nice swimming pool. Not expensive for the quality of this hotel. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel. Enjoyed the facilities. Easy walk to Old town Phuket to local food markets and shopping.

The hotel is great and very friendly and helpful staff, great swimming pool and gym. The minor downside, other than the hotel restaurants, had to walk about half mile to old town for other dinning options and shopping.

Everything was great except the shower drain was very slow. I would make sure that is taken care of, so it will be working for your next customer. That’s it, other than the shower drain. Thank you

I've been to many hotel, this is abit dated but clean and service is great. Breakfast buffet neeeds to improve, the Chinese restaurant within the hotel is fantastic. There are a few bike hires around need to google for best reviews and price.

I got food poisoning here! The response was that they have food brought in fresh everyday which obviously I cannot know for sure but the food sits out for about 4 hours and essentially the same food was offered the next day....and we were just about the only people eating the breakfast there so I doubt they threw it all away each day. Also, the bed was not clean!!! I checked in late and took a shower and got into bed exhausted from a day of travel and it was a gritty sandy bed. I brushed off as best as I could and then I put on stretch pants to go to sleep as it was late and I wasn't going to wait for who knows how long for them to come change the bed. I called for a change the next morning and they asked why I didn't call the day before if there was sand. I explained that I was too tired to deal with the wait, etc. but why the 3rd degree? Lousy pool location (access by stairs above the health club) with no food or drinks allowed and a half dozen uncomfortable lounge chairs with no tables or umbrellas. Only one other person was there each time we went which is good I guess but there's a reason nobody was there. IT WAS NOT A FUN POOL! If you do decide to stay here beware of the bed/room differences. Don't pay more to get a king bed as they are all king beds or 2 twin beds. They don't have any double beds. I paid twice as much to get a King bed as my son who reserved for the one with a double bed and he had the same exact room as us with a king.

The hotel is clean & well maintained. It's centrally located. It's about 10-15 min walk to Old Town. The food at the hotel from the cafe/restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Convenient, good view from top floor; but it's a bit old and out-dated (the Courtyard by Marriott next door is much more modern and new). Convenient for family stay.

This place felt nice to be in. Great atmosphere. The gym is the best I have ever seen in a hotel. The pool area is great. Close to old town area for interesting restaurants.

The Hotel is 5 star quality, Breakfast is phenomenal, but staff not upto 5 star quality, they do not know how to guide you as a tourist you get no help from them, I paid and then one day my wife was asked not to have breakfast even though I paid full price already for room with BF, staff needs training.

This hotel is very big and the rooms are very spacious. All amenties are provided for you although I found it weird that you have to request for toothbrush and toothpaste separately. The only con is that the hotel is very old and is in desperate need of a refurnishment. The breakfast was good and have sufficient variety. Overall, this hotel has very good value for money

Great value for the price. Great location in the center of the Phuket town. Although it is not the newest hotel, it is nice, clean, local restaurant and bakery are awesome, staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is best hospitality ,comfort. Your staff were very friendly and helpful. If i back to phuket old town i will choose this hotel to stay again.

The room was nice and big. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. One of the best Gyms I have seen in a hotel. Nice swimming pool. Definitely great value for the money. I have paid double in my travels for this kind of service and amenities And the staff could not have been friendlier or more efficient
