Never again will i stay at this hotel. The outside was very nice. Then you walk in....The employee was extremely rude. Pretty sure i woke her up when i got there to check in. When i walked in the room it looked like it hadn't been dusted in 3 months, literally. Vanity had dried up toothpaste or soap or something. Wish i had taken pictures before i had cleaned it myself. There were sample bottles of shampoo but no soap anywhere. Possible dried up poop on the wall by the toilet, that's what it looked like. The internet was total crap, like having dial up all over again. The cable was total crap. Could only get 8 channels and most of them were static. Microwave pretty sure had been on fire at some point. Only good thing is the bed was fairly comfortable.

It is what it is. Not at all fancy but there was availability and thats what we needed. sheets were clean and the area was fine. The front dest guy was very nice. We stayed and slept and that was the plan. Bama won so it was a great weekend.

There was hair all in the sink and the bath tub. There looked to be toe nail and finger nail clippings all on the floor. The sheets was dirty on both beds. It smelled bad when we walked in.

We were given a room that was not cleaned. They proceeded to give us keys to another room that was also not clean. They did this two us a total of 4 times and each time the room was not cleaned and the beds were not made or changed. Then they said they had no more availability. So we left and found somewhere else to stay.

Stay was convenient but awful attitude of the staff and messy GM who run it. They turn your key off and you get locked out the room for hours while night shift sleeps or be gone.

It was horrible from the reservation. The date was wrong. Unfriendly and lazy staff. Tv did not work well, door did not lock, shower filthy, no breakfast despite offering it! Im am truly disappointed. I cannot add the photos to this review sonit must be the aame manager. I am very unhappy want my money back! Not worth it!!

We were put in a back room in a separate building that looked like where workers booked with an extended stay. It had a 2 eye stove etc and counters were super low. Never have we stayed in a Baymont like this never will again. We read Expedia gets the worse rooms.

I tried several times to contact property of cancellation or late check in due to break down. I tried the third party that booked the rooms and they also said they could not get them to answer the phone. My understanding is that the two rooms are refundable and I have asked for that courtesy from the property and have not heard anything yet but it has been 4 days so may be need more time to process. As long as we are refunded then no worries but had someone answered the phone we could have maybe stayed at another Wyndam property but we could not make that happen unfortunately but we tried.

This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at and we had to pay $300 a night because it was graduation weekend!!!!! I took pictures of how run down and dirty our room was. The desk was barely standing because it wobbled so much. The breakfast was a joke. They were out of plates, forks, and most of the food when they knew the property was full. They were out of coffee and the staff wouldn’t make more. Terrible place and would NOT recommend staying here.

This was by far the WORST Baymont I have ever stayed in. The sink faucet didn’t work, I had to have the front desk clerk open my door each day I stayed and they couldn’t get the door open. I asked for clean bath towels and they only had one and it was a hand towel. I would honestly appreciate a refund for at least half of my stay! The picture that are posted on the website for this hotel is not what the hotel looks like at all. I do have pictures in my phone of the actual rooms.

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel. Not only did I come home with bed-bug bites all over my body, but the hotel management also seems to be okay with nightly parties and unsavory "quests" yelling and screaming all night long. This place is absolutely filthy - and it was a mistake to stay here. During my two-night stay, my room was never cleaned - meaning no clean sheets or towels. I will never step foot in a "Baymont by Windham" hotel again. It was truly one of the worst hotel-stay experiences I've ever encountered - and I'm 64 years old and have traveled in the U.S. and abroad extensively in my lifetime. The

We have stayed there a few times and it was fine . But this time it was very sketchy .. Pool wasn’t open yet many people were around the pool cooking smoking drinking. It seems as if most of the people were living there. They were sitting outside in there underwear smoking.. Just wasn’t a family friendly experience..

The pictures are old and building not in same condition as pictured. Shower appears to be spray painted and peeling. Multiple areas of patched drywall not finished and unpainted. Could tell this was not a recent repairs. Property and room did have a clean appearance. Smoke detector battery removed and coming the wall none working. While no rain while staying multiple areas of ceiling have evidence of active leaks.

Property closed and was unable to be contacted therefore did not allow us to check in and then refused a refund when contacted the next day even though they admitted they shut down making check in impossible. I understand they may have had an issue but we could have been notified or they could have issued a refund being they denied us check in and we had to find and pay to stay somewhere else. They essentially kept our money but denied our paid service. Very unprofessional and very unethical. Highly disappointing and would stonegly recommend you run from this property. They will take your money and deny you services with no remorse.

I entered the room and was immediately hit with a pungent Oder (same smell as if a person had died in the room, wasn’t discovered for a few days, then cleaned with a healthy dose of bleach and formaldehyde). Looked in the bathroom, to see the condition. It appeared that the same dead person was flushed down the toilet. It was inoperable and gross.
To the staff’s credit, they apologized and gave me another room. This room smelt like the first. I gave up at that point and went to a different hotel and just ate the cost!!!!

My room smelt like marijuana, the smoke detector had been pulled from the wall, the bathtub had two cracks in the bottom and was extremely spongey, the shower head, the shower hand valve and tub spout was not properly secured. The sheets looked dingy and the swinging door latch lock was missing from the door

Place was very run down and gross. Was Dirty. Room smelled so strongly of Marajuana /WEED it was sickening. There is no elevator so have to carry everything upstairs. Bed had metal box to keep things from going under and every time you move in bed sounded like tin cans rolling under bed. Tub had been resurfaced and was cracking so bad looked like hair and dirt in tub. Was scared to sit so just stood on rag in tub and showered. TV remote was broken on back and batteries kept falling out. Keep moving down the road a bit is my advice.

Air units were off upon arrival so rooms were hot and humid. The bathroom ceilings have mildew/mold. The refrigerator had food in it.
The fire alarms went off for nearly 40min one night.
The shower heads need replaced badly. There was no toilet paper holder, the toilet paper simply sat on the back of the toilet.
