An enjoyable experience

Convenient, close to center. Adjacent parking. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Close to airport. Staff very cordial and always willing to help. Would recomend

A very clean, economical hotel that is in a great location, conveniently located between the airport and central Lisbon. This would be a great option for someone who was only in Lisbon for a short time or had an early morning flight. The taxi ride from the hotel to the airport was only about 10 minutes long on a Saturday morning, while the Metro to the central Lisbon tourist area was only about five short stops away. The buffet breakfast is very good for European hotel standards, with many hot items.

Good 3 star hotel. My room was small, but clean and well taken care of. The bathroom was fairly large. Excellent air conditioning. Windows shut tight against outside traffic noise. The building has a narrow footprint: only about 7 rooms per floor, but there are 11 floors. Lovely views of the city from the upper floors and the rooftop patio. No meals are served other than breakfast: guests staying on the upper floors have their breakfast on the rooftop, while those staying on the lower floors have theirs in the basement. The neighbourhood has nothing much of interest for tourists, but there are a number of cafés and restaurants in the vicinity. More importantly, the hotel is right next to the Alameda station where 2 metro lines cross, one going to the historic old city, the other to the airport. One huge disappointment: people slam their door when they leave their room, causing way too much noise. Can't understand how this has never been addressed.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel touts that it is eco-friendly, but there are many things it could do to make it even more eco-friendly. e.g. eliminate use of their little bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soaps. Instead install larger dispensers in the bathroom to cut down on plastics

If you are an Expedia Gold Member, do not choose this hotel because no upgrade as promised. The hotel is old and needs refurbishing. It took several days to get a broken shower repaired. Front desk kept passing responsiblelity to the next shift. They are not friendly and speak very limited English making it very hard to communicate with them. The services are generally very poor and the facility needs updating. I will not choose this hotel ever again even though the location is convenient.

I booked for one night. There is a Metro stop right infront of the hotel and getting to the Lisbon Airport is easy. Breakfast was included. The room itself was as expected. English TV Channels were available. Safe is an extra 20 Euros though. I picked because I need to stay a night in Lisbon before flying out next day.

Good and clean, if slightly dated, rooms and bathrooms, a wonderful rooftop terrace bar, brilliantly helpful staff and a Metro station literally on its doorstep are what elevates an otherwise perfectly-reasonable hotel into something special. We'll be back!

Room needs some yodate

This was a very beautiful hotel. Very clean, great dining options. Loved the rooftop bar. The staff were all excellent, knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. Walking distance to everything you’d want to see in Porto with a decent parking lot.

The rooms was ready for us before time, so we could checkin, when we arrived to the hotel. Very friendly and very good service at the reception. The hotel was clean and located next to a metro station.

Superb location, right by metro stop that takes you directly to airport and to Oriente train station. Buffet breakfast, hot and cold was varied and sufficient. We usually use this hotel when we have to travel outside the country.
