Walking distance to SM Mega Mall, Podium and Shangri-La Plaza and Robinsons Galleria Ortigas. The executive suite was huge and the staff were great. Slightly dated in the main tower, tower 2 rooms have been refurbished, but still great value for money 👌

I like that we had a big unit with 3 bedrooms and a kitchen. Bathrooms need upgrades as well as furniture in the living room. We can hear the noise from unit above us dragging their chairs. Air condition needs upgrading in masters bedroom. Robert restaurant manager is amazing letting us order ahead as we have a late arrival and he even set up the food in our unit. Front desks staffs and security and housekeeping all polite. Hotel is close to shopping malls. It was overall a pleasant stay.

Was once a very nice hotel to stay at, was always our 1st choice. Needs refurbish desperately. Services require updating. Bath blocked, Ceiling leaked. Took a long time for maintenance to come see the issue. Nevre fixed the issues properly.

Everything about this hotel would have been excellent. The decor is a bit dated and furniture has seen better days. Not necessarily a deal breaker. BUT, I did see roaches near the elevator area. That alone would make me hesitate booking here again.

We had a comfortable stay with my family it was spacious. The suite located in Bridge tower specifically room 614 was outdated, elevator was narrow, from the room where we stayed in took us a long walk and 2 elevators ride. Staff was courteous and friendly but nobody offered help from the moment we carry our luggages from the lobby. Parking was part of our accommodation but curve coming in and going out from the parking garage was narrow. Okay for short stay if no choice at all.

The staff was very nice. Everything was good. Room was very clean and the kitchen was very convenient. Good refrigerator. But only missed one room-cleaning request. I had to call again to schedule. Otherwise, would recommend and stay there again.

Outstanding staff and clean and convenient surroundings make staying at the Linden Suites a pleasure. Located in the Ortigas area, the hotel offers large, well-constructed suites suitable for work use, including a sizeable kitchen, sitting room, bedroom and bathroom, with separate makeup/vanity area, several closets and luggage/cabinet area. Courtesy and excellence are staff attributes. Restaurant on 2nd floor a big plus. Comfort and convenience are tops.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. The housekeeper did not clean the room on the 2nd day. No face towels in the bathroom; very courteous and friendly staffs; excellent location close to SM Mega Mall, EDSA, LRT and convenience store. Breakfast buffet has limited choices for less fatty foods.

Stayed for 15 days. Centrally located within the Pasig business area. Walking distance from three malls. Stay was very comfortable. Cooperative and polite staff. Lacked a business office for guests to work but front desk staff was more than ready to help with finding a solution. General Manager was very courteous and resolved an early check in request on a very busy check out day. Although I had to wait for a while, I was assigned the best executive suite at the hotel, with the best view of the city. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend the hotel.

There was no hot water in the morning, bath tub and bathroom sink would not drain the water, cleaning crew did not vacuum the room (crumbs from previous guest were still in the carpet). When checking in, the check in process needs review and customer experience improvement (check in representative courteously asked me to sit and wait while they process the reservation - not something a tired guest wants to hear on checkin especially after 26 hours of flying). Lobby is loud (it echoes the noises of the other patrons) and drafty (the AC blows everywhere, making it feel like there is a strong wind through the lobby). Was awakened by a call at 10am stating check out is at 11am, but the Expedia app stated it is at 12 noon (hotel signage did display 11 am, but it is not congruent with what I based my decision in the Expedia app). The manager did courteously listen to my concerns and issues, which was great of her. Overall, this experience was a very disappointing for a 4 star hotel, and unless serious process changes and maintenance is done to this location, I would recommend to avoid at all costs. There are multiple other options on the same road and very close by to choose from. Choose them.

There is no electrical outlet at bed side table that make it very inconvenient. There shouldnt be 3 days then have a house keeping which need to argue and demand for it. Wifi shouldnt limit for 2 devices since we may have 3 devices per person.

Check in was smooth and professional. Room was very spacious but need to arrange with reception if you want your room cleaned. Tea and coffee supplies were minimal and only two small bottles of water were provided. Lovely hotel and fully recommended.

Pool was incredible dirty and was obviously not cleaned even weekly. Kids were running and diving and when i asked the lifeguard he just said "napagsabihan ko na sila eh".
I asked a spoon from front desk it never arrived even after the same trip to the front desk.
Had to just let it go to salvage the otherwise wonderful dinner we were having

Water kettle had no socket adapter IE. was of no use. Very low TV volume, had to be adjusted each time it was turned on. Bathroom smelled of human sweat/the sun when we checked in.
