The people at the reception were cold and borderline rude (typical German/swiss). The room did not look anything like the online pictures when we made our reservation. The bathrooms are tiny, and if you have a 3rd person in your room, they are better off getting their own room as our room had a pull out sofa which was hard and uncomfortable.

Stayed for 3 nights. A newly renovated hotel with excellent location within 5 -10 minutes walk from train station, restaurants, shopping area. will recommend to friends for future stay.

Many restaurants nearby and also have big supermarkets.
The breakfast was a let down. Not worth paying for the breakfast.

inside the room there is no kettle supply and we need to get hot water from the hallway to get it from coffee machine. Also, I can't find the refrigerator.
The hotel is very close railway station is more convenient for us to carry big luggage, and inside the station there is a lot of shops such as supermarket, bakery and coffee shop.
So far the hotel is good to live.

Incredibly close to Zürich HB station and has a tram stop right next to it as well. Insulated well so couldn’t hear anything from the outside. We had a very clean and modern room with lots of natural light. We definitely recommend the hotel and would stay here again next time we visit Zürich

My friend and I loved our stay here. The property was very clean, they offered complimentary coffee at every corner on each floor (it was self serve). The bed was super comfy and the location is perfect for travelers. It’s right next the the train station and there’s also a tram stop right across the street so it’s was extremely easy to get around Zürich!

Very clean and well kept. I booked a single small room (not sure how big of a room you can get). The room was fine - it is very small, smaller than a cabin on a cruise ship. Everything in the room was operational and ‘like new’. Air conditioning was wonderful! Great location near the train and bus station.

Hotel was very close to the Zurich train station and centrally located to the main tourist areas. Hotel staff was friendly and let us check in early to one room which was extremely helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean and quiet though the room we had was adequate from the space point of view. Would stay here again even though the prices were high.

This a nice boutique style hotel in a great location near main train station for easy travel to airport (only one stop on Train $9 train ticket!) Hotel is two blocks from station and a 10 minute walk to all the great shopping and Old Towne sites.

spacious with a large bathroom and perfectly working air conditioners. The hotel is nice a close to the train station, but about 1 mile from places to see and shop. It is difficult to find the hotel, and you need to walk through the train station to get to it, but we made it work

The room was clean and enough space for our family of 3. There was no refrigerator but that was alright unless you need such an amenity. The breakfast was affordable with many options. We would stay again

Stayed 1 night at Fred hotel in Zurich as looking for a reasonably priced hotel (hard to find in Zurich) near the station and old town.
Fred hotel is next to the train station and is very functional and clean. Beds were firm but quite comfy. Shower powerful. Sadly aircon was great but every hour through the night made a loud grating noise which woke us up. I must admit we forgot to report this, but it meant we both slept poorly.
Right outside the hotel is extensive construction which is unsightly and soooo noisy! Fine at night, but during the week the noise was awful.
Breakfast was pleasant… staff at reception professional.
Overall a functional clean hotel next to the station.

Excellent location , it’s only 250m from train station. Flix bus stop in just across the street. It’s within walking distance to Old town. Supermarket is just around the corner. The room is very clean with great aircon. Breakfast was ok. Free coffee machine available on every floor and lobby.
