Spacious rooms in what felt like a boutique hotel

In the town center between the Aqueduct and the Palace. Good location, excellent breakfast and very quiet area.

A very nice hotel with very pleasant staff. The breakfast buffet was decent, but not great. The room was very spacious with a sofa, coffee table, small table & chair, but very dark with only one proportionally small window. The ceiling was very high and made of dark wooden beams lending to its overall dark mood. The way to the room wasn't direct which made it more difficult for my wife in a wheelchair. Overall a good hotel and room, just not our cup of tea for ambience. The ambience in the lobby was fine.

Absolutely wonderful, can’t praise it enough apart from the WiFi which cut out regularly. Such a shame as everything was fantastic. Great staff.

Loved that room included a yoga mat which helped me maintain my morning stretch routine!

This felt very plush considering the price. Our room was beautiful and comfortable and quiet at night. The jacuzzi bath was a nice bonus.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is comfortable, very clean and very well located, a 10-minute walk from the Aqueduct. Staff is kind and helpful; breakfast is very good. I would stay again. That all said it is starting to look a bit tired, bathroom in particular. Fake plastic plants not great either. It is a beautiful building, full of light, perfect for natural plants. Why not real plants that are easy to care for?

Ice hotel in quiet area yet easy walking distance to all sites

Nice hotel walking distance to the Roman aqueduct and cathedral. Rooms are nice and comfortable, the washroom’s are a little dated but functional. Buffet breakfast well worth the 9 euro person if purchased in advance.

Awesome hotel. Boutique or non-boutique, this hotel has a great personality and the staff is always helpful and kind. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Segovia. Gracias!

A very pretty hotel that was close to everything.

This hotel was convenient to attractions such as museum of Leon and casa Botines. Also, lt was near plenty of restaurants.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building. Recently updated. Close to the aqueduct but on a quiet block. Excellent breakfast. We used this as a lovely home base to take in Segovia. We'll be back.

breakfast eggs were cold, buns very stale. everything else seemed very good. I think the staff didnt know any better.

Within the old town. very central location. easy to walk to all tourist attractions. decorations are very classic.

This hotel was a breath of fresh air! So clean, so spacious and well apportioned. We were incredibly comfortable here. The room felt like a suite, with bathrobes and slippers (maybe we didn’t get the basic room?) we had windows too, not out to a beautiful view, but still nice to see neighborhoods. The location is super convenient to the main streets with food and within 5 minutes of the aqueduct and a viewpoint for sunset and sunrise. Parking can be expensive if you drove, 16E under the city, and the streets, I don’t think are worth it, as they were giving out tickets left and right. Maybe it is possible to park just outside or at the bus station, but very few spaces. The breakfast is HUGE. There were at least 7 different milk/creamer options for your coffee. Pastries, some veg and fruit, bread, and every fixin’ I didn’t even imagine how many there could be. 9 different kinds of cheese 🧀 it is a good way to start the day. Really loved this hotel!

The property has been recently renovated, it has a beautiful and elegant atmosphere. The hotel is a excellent option for great quality at a reasonable price.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable- the best in our 2 weeks of travel. The location is outstanding for getting to main attractions- longest walk at a casual pace was 20 minutes to the Alcazar. Segovia is a lovely place and the hotel made us feel right at home there. We would definitely stay again - highly recommend- it is perfect.
