Good location and friendly staff

Clean & tidy. Great location good staff. Recommended

Staff were good and unit was clean. However very, very noisy (thin walls) and beds very,very hard.

Close proximity to central areas, parking and quietness.

We had a one night stay in this very comfortable motel. There was ample free parking near the room. The room was large and with a nice sized bathroom. There was a pool but we didn’t use it I would definitely recommend this motel and also stay here again.

We only stayed one night so very convenient at good price. Friendly staff, tv wasn’t working, leak in. bathroom and pool opens late at 11am.

Common walkway corridor design created echoed whenever door is open or close. Therefore noise level inevitability we have to except it and also try to keep low too.

The pictures on the web site look totally different to what it actually looks like. Room was dated and needed freshening up. Room was clean and tidy Three stars

Was very spacious inside , with it being split level and having almost separate rooms. Bathroom also massive. Only downside was path down or swimming pool a little dangerous and nor well maintained and beds a little firm but apart from that was clean and very spacious and we were able to walk out for dinner each night

Sheets were clean, bed was comfortable and it was close to main Paihia attractions. It was very noisy with all room doors leading off an enclosed central area, up 14 steps. The doors are all fire stop type and slammed with a loud echoing noise in the enclosed central area. After our first use of the door, we took care to hold it to reduce the noise but other guests seemed oblivious. It was particularly bad on Friday night with doors slamming and echoing late, keeping us awake. We could also hear the person next door urinating several times during the night, plus toilet flushing. Soundproofing seemed non-existent. Our bathroom fan did not work, leaving towels steamy and not dry. The noise was the main issue - we will not stay there again.

The front desk were very helpful and accommodating!

Our room was lovely, no problems there, shower could have been a little cleaner. But when we were leaving we used the main motels toilets and they were disgusting. Cobwebs everywhere, floor was so dirty, an over filled sanitary rubbish bin, and the taps looked rusty and filthy. I was so shocked, really put me off. Very disappointed 😢

Parking is messy

Another great stay. I always stay here when in Paihia. Nice quiet location. The hotel is clean and feels very safe.

It’s an old hotel in need of refurbishment. Somethings were great, others missed the mark.

The property provided an inexpensive stop over however requires investment an closer attention to housekeeping to attract a better score

This was a great property, within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Also about a 10 minute walk to where you pick up any boat trips

Unfortunately the Noise of the bathroom fan was so loud we tried not to use the light. The hotel is in need of maintenance and updates.

Good place to stay, close to the beach and restaurants. Room was okay. It was clean but not outdated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for hosting us.

So great place Very good location

Nothing to complain about for the price paid. We stayed two nights. Room was spacious. Area is great. Parking right outside room with an on-site laundry. It’s a budget friendly motel and based on what we paid we think we got excellent value fro money.

Yes a nice little resort, quick stay but comfortable, although saying that the bed was very hard, so making it a bit of an uncomfortable sleep. Overall the Room was nice and spacious and bathroom well equipped. Thank you.
