The area was good for a short stay . Very noise can hear other guest.

ESJ is a great place to stay and spend a great vacation! Yards away from the beach, 5 minutes away from the airport, lots of restaurants around, supermarket is 2 minutes away. Free Parking in the premises.

Not bad, great location close to the few things the island had to offer..however the pool was out of commission... but has a beautiful beach. Apart from that nothing else to see or do on the property. It offered the convenience of a kitchenette with full size stove and refrigerator to prepare meals for the family and a laundry facility for your wet beach clothes.

I felt it was false advertisement the rooms did not look how it was presented online and the room I book said queen beds they were just a full size the drive was super slow the bathrooms could of been clean better there was bed bugs

The hotel is not in very good condition, they do not have a pool, the beach is only until 7 when in the summer the sun sets later, the parking is difficult, otherwise it is very good

I ate at the little dining shop for breakfast every morning- love the staff. They were great. Staff around the hotels was also very helpful. Check in and check out was wonderful. Staff was always smiling helpful
The only thing I’m surprised about is outside of the hotel. There wasn’t a lot of shopping. You have to drive out or get an Uber out to shopping areas. But the hotel itself and the beach was wonderful. I would come back again.

The floor that we stayed in smelled of an enclosed area. The room also smelled musty. There were evident mold stain throughout the room, on the curtain, walls, stove, etc.... The carpet felt damp throughout our stay there. We were informed that everything was booked and cannot obtain a room change. We had a power outage for one day, and staff kept prolonging the time of when power would return. My family along with others staying in the hotel were waiting in the lobby, without any other accommodations or updates. To add on, the pool was not accessible and most of the gym equipment was non-functional.

The photos of the rooms at your website do not and I repeat do not depict the hotel rooms at all..the room was falling apart. Very old, no repairs made..terrible..i will never stay there again

I enjoyed my stay at ESJ. The staff was very helpful with any question you had. The hotel felt safe as well as the area it is in.

I stayed in ESJ for 10 days with my Husband and 3 kids. I would stay there again if the pool is open (It was under construction) . I went to the beach on site, Laundry & Car washed/Vacuumed. Housekeeping came daily & replaced our towels which i loved. But trying to get the receptionist on the phone was horrible. There's plenty of places to eat around.

The ocean views were spectacular, the broken down roofs and homes around the facility were not. shower handle was defective, could not enjoy a good shower through out our stay. Sheets and pillow cases were smelly, and unit toilet had mold. Management did send someone to properly clean the unit. We went ahead to purchase new sheets and pillow cases anyways. Overall managers and staff were generally polite, follow thru not to great. This facility has great potential to become a great vaccation home away from home. They are not quite there. Facility equipment like elevators was a roll of the dice. Security was adequate. Coffee shop hours of operations was not always convenient, I belive they clised one day thru the weekend. Other dinners were within walking distance.

This Property Is In A Safe Location and Has Many Dining Options Outside of The Hotel Within Walking Distance. The Hotel Needs Some Exterior Structural Updates Do To Being So Close To The Ocean. Aside From This, The Check-in Staff Are Exceptional, House Keeping Staff are Phenomenal and The Security Staff are Sensational. I Have Stayed Here Several Times This Year And Would Stay Here Again If Need Be!!!!!

This was my second time staying at this property I like that it is walking distance to the beach and also walking distance to a few activities .. however the pool was close they do not mention that on line I was very disappointed because they room I booked I did not get I got a different room the view was nice but the patio was nasty and the room was not all of that it’s was okay I guess since we weren’t spending all the time in the hotel room .. not sure as yet if I would be staying there again I would consider that concept.

The hallway smell like mildew it was mold on the patio furniture. This also has a great price, but terrible customer service. No one never answered the front desk phone. We will have to leave out of our room to go downstairs to the front desk just to talk to someone. What they advertise is not what they give you and look a whole Nother way once you get there. I have asthma the whole time the smell in the hallways took my breath from the mildew and mold. It’s not worth it rent elsewhere.

The hotel’s pool was closed which has been under repair since May 2023. Unit had humidity and moisture from damp carpet. Soiled carpet they put the room. Pillows were mildewed had stains. The insert pillow covers as well We had to bring the soiled pillow cases to front desk. Our clothes had to be washed even brand new clothes that got muggy odor from the room’s humidity

RUN!! They have no air in lobby, they have ROACHES, the stove in the room look so nasty you won’t cook on it. They turn the air off in your room trying to conserve energy, same with water they won’t make the water hot. This is an overpriced run down Motel 6. There is no pool, so if you call don’t believe them that it’s under maintenance. I enter my room the first day and it was a used towel on the counter

The location of the hotel is great. The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. The cleaning staff is horrible. This hotel is more of a two star hotel than a 3.8. The pool has been closed for two years and it does not advertise that.
We made the best of our family trip but I will never stay here again. The hotel smells like mildew and mold. We had hair and eyelashes in our bed. Our shower was dirty and with hair. The floor was not vacuumed and our balcony was not clean either.

I was charged extra for lanai with pool view when it was closed and nasty. All u can see is a pool with mold and broke chairs. Parking is not safe with all walls cracked and not enough lights. One of the Elevator out of service.
