We didn't even stay here it was horrible from the moment we arrived. We did check out the room and we both agreed we could not stay there. We found another place for the night.

Very clean room, and the staff was very helpful. It's a very comfortable hotel, the parking is great. Room was completely fine AC worked well, the hallways do get warm.
The hotel is older, so you're not going to have a brand new looking hotel.
Only real downside is that I was on the 4th floor, and the Wi-Fi was completely unusable. How to not been for this I would have given it five stars.

It’s outdated. I have stayed at this place for the past 3yrs and this year will be my last year. The carpet in the rooms are nasty out socks was black. The ac unit knobs was broke had to call maintenance to fix it. There is always some type of event happening which is ok they paid their money but it takes up the few parking spots they have and the music is always loud until like 10:30pm. The place needs a deep clean and maintenance. The breakfast was trash this year.

It was an average place. Beds were clean and comfy. Bathroom was ok, carpets were really stained so place needed some renovating. But breakfast area was clean and food was good. Indoor pool was nice but not overly clean. If you are looking for a place to lay your head on clean sheets and maybe have kids, it is great for breakfast and kids did swim but not a place I'd stay for more than a night, maybe 2.

No major issues. I didnt like that we had to wait 3 nights for room service to take the garbage nor did i like that the breakfast couldnt accommodate lactose intolerant people. But other than that…the hotel did the job of being a nice place to stay.

It's a decent place to stay given the location and if you are in and out. The price was high once taxes were thrown in. Very clean; shower curtain was falling apart. It still did the job.

We always come to Manassas to visit family every year and we have always stayed here because the service and cleanliness of this place is always great. The room service ladies are always doing an amazing job and they definitely deserve great recognition for their outstanding work and effort. The breakfast buffet area is also outstanding and the ladies who supervise these areas are always nice and polite. Can’t wait to come back again.

Even though the lady at the check desk was nice she forget to complete my check-in. When I got to my room, after eating, I could not get in. My husband had to go back down to the desk and complete the check-in.

The breakfast buffet is limited and mediocre. The staff are not proactive in replacing items that run out. You have to ask them.
Housekeeping will not change bed sheets or make the bed unless you request it. They should tell guests that when during check in. I had to ask twice for them to do the bed in my room. It finally got done on the fifth day of my stay.

The TV wasn't working for the whole 3days of stay. It was not smart phone either, so we couldn't cast from our phone either.

It was an good hotel for what we went for. We stayed one night so we could enjoy a concert near by. The breakfast was good and the people were nice. I dont think i could have slept on the bed for more then one night. My biggest issue was the temperature of the hallway leading to the room and inside the room. It was so hot and humid in the hallways and then in the room you couldnt control the temperature at all. The ac unit was the old dial turning ones and i havent seen those in a while. I do a lot of traveling for sports to different states and they have upgraded to thermostat for each room. So glad i had my travel fan with me or i would have not slept at all.

Older hotel but that wasn't an issue. Horrible cable service. Very limited tv channels for 2 1/2 days. Maintenance person not able to fix problem. We had maybe three channels working, all the other channels said ERROR or just black screen.

The room was extremely clean and the general facilities were well maintained. Our shower leaked a lot and it might have been the shortest toilet ever. It was mostly quiet but we could hear people outside of our room occasionally. There was a storm outside and we never heard a single thing. The washer and dryer were mostly not working so we went to a Laundromat and that was a hassle. Breakfast was ok. The staff was very friendly.
