Absolutely Disgusting!
This was the filthiest, most revolting hotel experience I’ve ever had. The bed sheets were dirty, stained, and reeked of urine—completely unacceptable. The bathroom was equally disgusting: dirty, with towels full of holes. To make matters worse, the ceiling and bathtub were broken and crumbling apart, and the walls were covered in gunky, stained fluids—an absolute health hazard.
To top it all off, the TV was broken, and despite bringing it to the attention of the front desk, they never cared to address it or respond to any of the room’s appalling conditions. We had no choice but to suffer through the first night because we arrived late and couldn’t find alternative accommodations, but there was no way we could endure another night in such a filthy and neglected environment.
We checked out the following morning in utter disgust, and I demand a refund for the additional night we didn’t stay. This level of negligence and disregard for basic cleanliness and customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

Overall was a nice stay. The gift of snacks was a nice touch. But there needs to be more attention to the HVAC filter. It was absolutely cakes with dirt. Has not been cleaned for a while. This affects the operation of the HVAC and folks health. The housekeeping staff can help with this as they can check it when they prep a room and advise maintenance dept to take care of.

Would not recommend. Lobby office dirty & shabby. Yellowed (not white) bath towels with holes. Coffee maker without tray, caffeinated coffee of creamer. A/C unit that didn’t work well.

The property looks like a war zone outside, storage trailers all over property, Room was super small, holes in the floor. the bathroom door looks like it was kicked in, the bottom of the door looked like it sat in several inches of water for weeks. Urine stains all over the bathroom wall (or vomit, don't now, was gross) Sink is falling off the wall. Turned back the sheets and found they were heavily stained, even matching on the topsheet. Looks like bed was just simply remade after the last guest. Switched to another room for the night and bed was practically unsleepable. Room service was knocking on the door well before checkout time.
Still trying to figure out what the "Plus" part of their name meant unless that was it. Nasty....I wouldn't reccomend

The staff member who registered us was friendly and efficient. The hotel, however, is dirty. The stairs and walkways are stained. Our room had stains on the walls and the door. We had planned to stay the night after a local concert. We checked out instead and did not stay the night.

Renovation was ongoing but was during reasonable hours so not any noise issue.
Pretty small room but fine for solo traveller or a couple.
The A/C unit was very loud but to be expected from older wall A/C unit.

Sketchy place and rooms we walked by smelt like weed. Don’t care but expect a little more at 4pm. Room wasn’t bad for what I paid but won’t use this hotel again due to area/other patrons

Room could have definitely been cleaner, outlets by the sink didn't work, toilet seat was falling off (I fixed it), bed closest to the door has a busted mattress.

The toilet ran stop. The only way to get it to stop was to stick your hand in the tank and pull up the float. Water was hot, but the pressure sucked. It was nice and quiet. The staff was friendly. The sheets had stains on them. A piece of molding was off with a hole where the tile should be. Dead cockroach under the sink, but fortunately we did not see any others.

The property was not maintained very well, it was not clean. The bed- mattress -was terrible. The room had stains and smears on the walls. positive things : everything in the room worked, The hotel staff was welcoming and did a good job. (I asked for a room with a better mattress and they accommodated me. The new room had a slightly better mattress.) for the area, the price is exceptionally low, so I sure wasn’t expecting perfection. skill, one to five I would say two
