Hot tub did not work

Couple of light bulbs out. Not enough light in the bathroom. Door lock on door to building broken. Didn’t need a key card.

The hotel staff was AMAZING. We were greeted every time we walked in the door by someone totally willing to help us with whatever we needed. The breakfast was just OK but my kids loved the waffle maker. There are no ice machines on the floors. If you want ice, you have to ask the front desk and they will send you to the kitchen where breakfast is made. The rooms are clean and there is plenty of shampoo and toiletries. The beds need to be replaced. The beds are lower and higher in places. My sister stayed in another room and her bed was worse than ours. A simple replacement of the beds would solve this problem. The pool is nice and indoor and the hot tub is nice. There was some trash left by the hot tub that was cleaned by the next day. There is a basketball hoop and a gazebo which was fun. The location was perfect. It is in an area with tons of other hotels and near the Grapevine Mills Mall which is great.

The AC went out and a guy came to check it but it didn’t get fixed. Stayed Thursday through Sunday and the AC wouldn’t work.

Hotel overall is good. The only complaint I have is the hot tub was not working.

Need more cleaning. Breakfast is terrible.

Good breakfast but for price was kinda over priced.Whole stay, pool was out of service.but staff was pretty polite.

Just about as “mid” of a stay and place as you can find. Nothing bad, nothing to get excited about. Pretty blah, and outdated, but was fine

The pool wasn’t working. We would not have stayed there if we would have known and could not get a partial refund because we booked 3rd party. Not happy. Our room was missing a chair and there’s a big burn mark on the side of the tray table.

Got off The elevator going to my room carpet was dirty. You can see scraps of whatever on the floor hasn’t been vacuumed. Got to my room. It was 60° turned it up to 67 and you can smell smoke like someone’s been smoking in the room. The lights in the bedroom, do not work, there are dents all over the refrigerator door. There’s some kind of crap in the drain in the shower. The Internet does not work. Call the front desk no answer.

Ran out of bread for a week, for breakfast. No outlook for room

The staff was very lazy. We checked in at 4pm the lady upfront said our room still was not ready and then when she did give us our room there was four bags of trash sitting right in front of our room door. Pool was down. The whole staff just sat around and if anyone asked them anything they’d sigh and roll their eyes. Pool was down too which was a bummer. The room was roomy but beds weren’t comfy. It worked for the weekend, great location and easy travel to everything. Willl probably not stay here again.

Upon arriving the hotel was flooded in rooms and the pool was closed for spring cleaning. The room I was booked and given keys for turned out to have someone already checked into the room

Hotel is undergoing reservations so ac was out they had portable unit which wasn’t working when I arrived late checkin so no maintenance. Had to fix it myself but would have been nice to arrive to a cool room. Front desk was very nice, wasn’t her fault but would want to check on status of Rennovations before booking again.

The hotel was nice the staff was good but I didn’t like that house cleaning come to the room every other day but you have to put in a request they don’t clean properly also the first time I enter my room the tubs wasn’t clean the toilet kept making noise and one of them flooded also the pool was under construction so that was very inconvenient everything else was ok

Property is normally pretty good. On this occasion the pool/hot tub were under renovations and there was no notice of this until we got to the property. There is phones in the rooms; but there is no cords to them so they don't work. Hilton's version of a cordless phone.

Staff was very friendly. Check in was quick and the room was clean and cool when I walked in.

Tried to charge $13 for parking in an open lot in the middle of nowhere. The room was not clean and was ready an hour late. Cashier was insulting, entire hotel was filthy and under construction. Zero stars

The staff Mr. Alonzo made my family and I feel very welcomed.

Told us we can check out late but didn’t mention a late fee

Stay was amazing , beds were comfy, perfect size room for our quick getaway and convenient across from the mall. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely will be back.

Nice area. The room was nice but the icemaker didn't work.

Charged handicapped people $12 to park check out was noon made woke us up three times wanting to clean the room

The property is good but lacks kitchen and cook ware items such as a cutting board, measuring cups, colander, grater etc. simple things that could be useful in a kitchen would’ve been nice.
