The photos used to display the hotel showcase a better stay than you will actually find upon arrival. The rooms were old, outdated and not clean. The bed was not comfortable at all and vents and ac ran loudly all night. I did not stay there my second night it was terrible.

We specifically chose this hotel for proximity to airport with an indoor pool for our grandchildren. The heated pool was not heated-when I asked, I was told the heating unit wasn’t working with no indication that the problem was being resolved. There was no info about this on hotel website or on the door of pool indicating this. The painted floor of the pool area was peeling up all over and sticking to our skin. There were never clean twirls in pool area-I had to ask for towels 3 times. The patio area was very dirty; the seat cushions were ragged n worn n patio rug is deteriating. Our room had stained carpeting n upholstery. We stayed 3 nights and were never given additional shampoo/bathroom toiletries nor were our bedsheets changed. There was food left in our frig from previous guest and no trash bin available in bathroom. There was no hair drier provided in our room and for some reason the guest phone was on the floor under a chair.

Our vehicle was stolen from your parking lot, and the attendant on Sunday Morning mockingly asked me "Was it really stolen or was it a repo? Because we are taking bets in the group chat." With a nasty smirk on her face, in front of many other customers. The room was okay, but neither tv worked and they only gave us 3 flimsy towels for 5 people. Also, the microwave did not work. I honestly want a refund, it was so bad. I will be calling corporate.

I didn’t like the smell in the room. The phones didn’t work. Cable sucked. The entrance to hotel had buckets out catching water from the ceiling. Need better pillows.

I don’t usually leave long reviews so I just want to say that our stay was satisfactory. Breakfast in the morning was okay as long as you got downstairs pretty early. The only complaint we had was that our room was wet and being shampooed when we arrived. We went back downstairs to let the front desk know but we were not offered another room and was asked to wait a few hours until the carpet and chairs dried. We kept our shoes on and sat on the bed. Everything was dry by late evening. We stayed for a week and we didn’t have a bad stay. It wasn’t the best hotel I’ve stayed at but by far not the worst.

My flight was late and so I didnt get to check in until 130am. The front desk gal wasnt overly friendly or helpful.
In the room, we booked one with a jacuzzi in it, and it took FOREVER to fill - so long that we gave up and turned it off.
The bedding and floors had fresh looking stains and the carpet was ripped up.
I'd not recommend this location unfortunately.

I will never stay at this site again.. the Electric outlet don’t work, the door was hard to close. It look like it had been kicked in. The breakfast wasn’t a good choice of food. They had lemonade instead of orange juice

Where do I start... property description was off, desk staff was decent but not very accommodating due to hurricane and they'd close breakfast earlier then the time they stayed, Floor my room was on under construction, unpaying guests crowded the pool, room smelt. Was disappointed

we were evacuated due to water main in the hotel bursting. girl on duty just walked around mopping, not offering any assistance to guests. power to my room shut off with no warning. when i asked for refund (booked 3 nights), the desk clerk said barely looking up from her computer, "only for tonight". to which i responded i expect a refund for 2 of the 3 nights that i am not allowed to stay. she just grinned. no offer of recommendations of another hotel; no "i'm sorry for the inconvenience"; just an 'oh well' attitude. We have stayed at the hotel before - everytime we come in town for an astro game - however, due to the attitude of the desk clerk, we are done with this hotel. REFUND FOR JUNE 21 AND 22 DUE.

Absolutely nothing good about this business. The ac sounds like a plane taking off and crashing when turns off, it was clean except the dead june bugs. Fire alarms sounding. Lobby full of water falling from the ceiling

I tried to call for an hour to see if the shuttle was available and the phone was never answered so I ubered. Then I had to wait for 10 mins until someone arrived to check me in. Then shuttle wasn’t available when I left either. The room was old and dingy and the breakfast was subpar. I will not be staying there again.

I was able to get this room at the last minute. The manager Mary was a gem with explaining everything before I paid. May informed me they was not able to maybe key but would accommodate me by opening my room door each time I needed to entry it; they did just that. Linda made sure breakfast was ready in a timely matter with a smiles and love.
My next visit to Texas will be booked here in the future. Jose(maintenance) also served with a smile and patience. They all made be feel at home. Thanks for employing such, professional, loving, caring, patient employees. They love what they do.

The air conditioner in my room did not work well. I requested to be moved to a different room. The air conditioner in this room also did not work well. The shower was filthy. It looked like blood was on the tile. Absolutely disgusting.

The hotel website advertises an airport shuttle but when I called from the airport the staff said the shuttle wasn’t running that day, a Thursday. This is false advertising. An Uber from the airport costs $30, and if you have a lot of luggage an Uber XL costs $65. You’re better off spending extra money to get a better hotel that guarantees their airport shuttle will pick you up.
The hotel is getting pretty rundown too, not the standard you normally expect from Country Inn and Suites. The carpets are stained and worn. The luggage carts are worn out and have flat tires. The TV is old and small. It has cable tv but it is analog and has a poor picture. There aren’t any restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
