Bed bugs, no phone, couldn’t find the power cord for the tv

I use to come there all the time....but stay was awful...my room smelled like mildew..it had. Alot of water spots on the ceiling..look like it was about to cave in.. dirty sheets. And my blanket was covered in dog hair....they had reversed the blanket and put it on the clean side..but it was still dirty..and to go to the front desk and get all new sheets...not to good... because I use to love that place....

Key to the doors were inconsistent at scanning and just stopped working one day in.

The television, AC fan, a lamp, and the call front desk button did not work. After going to the front desk and reporting about the television we waited 45 minutes for assistance to come, but they didn't come so we walked back to front desk and said to cancel the maintenance guy as we were going to bed. The irritating response was, Oh doesn't the television work? Also there was no clock or facial tissue in the room and the bedspread was stained. I don't think this deserves a 3 star rating.

After an 8 hour drive we finally arrived to check in around 1:30am. As soon as we entered the room the smell was unbearable. The stank was from standing dirty water that had been collecting in a bucket under the sink. The pipe wasn’t just leaking - there was no pipe and all the water drained into a bucket. So after changing rooms we get our stuff moved and settle in only to find out our toilet didn’t have a handle to flush. We ended up taking the tank lid off and flushing manually. There were no other rooms to move us and if it hadn’t been in the middle of the night we would have gone elsewhere but I decided to stay and talk to the hotel mgr about it the next morning. Spoke to the manager and received the same solution - nothing!! Was going to call my credit card and fight the charge but instead I spent my time and energy writing this review. As the saying goes “You get what you pay for”

This should not be open for renting, especially at such a high rate. Motel 6 is cleaner and safer than this place. We will never stay there again. It was our first and last time. We changed rooms twice. The first room smelled of wet old clothes. The second room, the door was open, the ket would not work because the door did not lock. The mirror had a large chunk broken off, the room was filthy. Just a piece of trash pit they cal hotel. How is the city of omaha allowing a place like that to be open for business. We will never stay there again and would not recommend anyone stay there.

Alisha (Alicia? Unsure how to spell) was constantly busy, sometimes with not-so-friendly people, but she was courteous with everyone and so helpful with the things I needed while staying there. She's super sweet! Management needs to pay attention to some things like broken toilet paper holder in room, drawer handles missing, etc but the employees were ALL friendly, even those whose names I don't know.

It was a little confusing, the name on the side said best Western so had to drive around for a while to make sure we had the right place

Definitely not the hotels fault but there was a major leak somewhere on the third floor that affected the levels below. This was when I was checking out so it didn’t really affect me. The hotel was well kept in the service was friendly just limited dining opportunities in the area kind of remote, but felt safe. Very satisfactory and the price was fantastic

We checked in, went to our room and their was a plastic bag over the smoke detector, checked the bed and their was disgusting stains all over it, probaly traumatized my 9 yr old for life

The mattress wasn't comfortable. The room wasn't very clean. They didn't have dental or shaving kit.

Open soda bottles in cabinet from previous guest. Room cleanliness was questionable at best dirty or stained pillow cases. Not enough towels or wash cloths for how the rooms were booked. Toilet was dirty and several of the items in the room did not work. Burn hole in the blanket.

Jetted tub didnt work, no handsoap in batbrooms in rooms hallways were dirty no fitted sheet on bed just flat sheets staff never at desk at night.

Place need to be updated, everything is old. Breakfast is very limited and not clean area

My husband and I recently stayed this hotel and they required a $100 cash deposit, which is outdated and inconvenient in this day and age, especially since they didn't allow credit card deposits. So we had to leave and drive to the nearest ATM to get cash before they would check us in, but what if we didn’t have $100 available we wouldn't have been able to stay. Upon checking out, the staff member acted like they had no record of our deposit and only returned the money after pulling an envelope from a drawer without even checking the room. It made the whole process seem pointless and unprofessional. The Beds weren’t great and the comforter was stained. The location is the only thing this really has going for it at this point.We won’t be staying here again

The staff was incredibly rude and ive never been treated more terrible at any hotel ever. Id rather have stayed at a hit 6 or an 8. Unacceptable

This was a cheap room, and that I understand, but the room was a disaster. There was mold on the soap holder in the shower (that could be easily wiped away if the shower was cleaned), the tub didn’t drain and water started to accumulate while you take a shower, the tub faucet leaked a steady stream of water when you shut the handle all the way off, the toilet was als o running all night and would not stop, the flooring in the room entryway was cracked… and there were empty chip bags behind the bedside table against the wall that we discovered while trying to find an outlet. When I arrived, I was there 45 minutes before the scheduled check in time of 3pm, and I waited for the front desk person as they were on the phone telling a customer it was fine for them to walk in as they had 37 open rooms for the night, he hung up the phone and asked how he could help me, and I asked if I could check in and he told me he could not check me in early. The breakfast in the morning, that I walked through and looked at but did not eat anything, looked as though it had been made the previous day or two, and saved to be used for the rest of the week. It was a place to lay your head for the night, and it was cheaper, but I would say that the hotel is struggling. If I had to think of a positive from the stay, I would say that it was very hot out that day, and the air conditioning worked very well in the room

There was stains on one of our beds and gum stains on the floor. Our toilet handle was also broken!

The people who run the hotel are amazing kind and super helpful

Immediately walked in and smelled mold, mildew and cigarettes. Signs posted everywhere said no smoking but clearly not the case. My pillows had 4 stains on various pillows. The toilet had pee stains and so was never cleaned prior to my arrival. The bed sheets had red stains so I took that off the bed… The carpet was at least 20 years old and outdated. Rust remnants in the bathroom. No AC in the hallways so when you walked out of your room it was uncomfortable.

Its always a blessing to stay at old mill inn the front desk are always super helpful

Soda machine was difficult. No ice bucket in the room. TV had to be fixed. Breakfast was only adequate. Staff was helpful to accommodate my husband's health needs.

Comfy beds. And pillows.

Good solid place for the money. I stay here often.

Mold on shower heads, old empty water bottle on room on check in. Paper straw covers on flor at check in. Otherwise very nice room.

Very affordable. The pool area was very clean. Had a large selection of foods for breakfast.
