The room was very clean, appreciated the mini fridge and microwave
The staff hassled us with checking in, the couldn’t find our booking for nearly 20 minutes even after I provided the pin and confirmation email. They also changed the price without notice and were rude about it. The booking details said breakfast was included, turns out it was actually $15ish additional dollars per person. The rooms were not very well insulated, we could hear coughing and sneezing from our connecting door, plus very loud hallways. Towels were scratchy and felt old, plus the “complimentary” coffee and water were never full

We don’t get out much, so I am happy that my daughter could enjoy a heated indoor pool. And I particularly appreciate that the tiny bottles of products have been done away with.
My daughter didn’t want to go home. 😉

Location was good. Nice pool.
I booked a suite with 2 queen beds and the picture showed two beds in one room. I got only one bed and the second queen "bed" was the fold out couch. They did nothing to fix it saying they were full. Didn't offer any compensation.
The bathroom door is a slide door with 1" opening on the side so anyone in the room could see you on the pot.
The bed was uncomfortable.

The super sweet maid unfortunately woke us up at 9. Why?? We were checking out by 11. Made my 31 year old daughter super mad because she has bad insomnia and she was actually asleep.

It was close to the event we attended
As we were only there for 45 minutes before we left for our event, we didn't look everything over. It was late when we arrived back. We just turned on the bathroom light, got ready for bed, and climbed in. The next morning, there was a light brown spot on the fitted sheet.

Clean facilities, smells very clean as well
The bed I swear had nothing left to it. Felt like I was sleeping on springs. We went to the restaurant for supper which my hamburger was just OK, my wife didn’t even eat hers as it was the strangest enchiladas that didn’t taste good at all. Not sure what kind of meat that was but nothing about it or the Rice Pilaf trying to pass for Spanish rice was a Mexican dish.

terrible management, forgot to charge my card upon check in and then they proceeded to charge a DIFFERENT card WITHOUT asking me for the entire stay. "Management" was extremely rude in admitting to their own fault and said they let people check in all the time without prior payment. Been in the hotel business for 15yrs alongside my father, you cant talk out of your ass with me. King Room Suite was FILTHY. Hair everywhere, shower was disgusting, paint peeling on the walls, thermostat falling off, the list goes on.

It is a very busy place so it shows a little ware and tear but it is still clean and organized

The room was small so we couldn't leave the suitcases unpacked. The bed was very uncomfortable. It would've been nice to have a hot tub in the swimming pool room. Overall it was an expensive price to pay for a subpar hotel.

Staff was very pleasant.
Pool water was cold. We got in the pool twice and both times the water was very cold. I was not expecting that. Main reason we stayed there was for my kids to enjoy the pool and sadly we had to cut or pool time drastically due to the temperature of the water.

I loved the amenities such as pool, onsite restaurant.
The room was listed as a 2 bedroom suite, however upon arrival it was a 1 bedroom with a pull out couch. I technically wouldn’t call it a 1 bedroom since there was no door. I ended up having to reserve 2 rooms. Very misleading
