Staff is very helpful

Great hotel although be careful what type of room you book. It seems the standard rooms are in a b&b type property next door without the same amenities and quality of the main hotel. The hotel itself is lovely, great pool gym and spa, lovely bar and restaurant. Some of the staff are a little gruff on first impression but very friendly and professional.

Excellent - Room had a beautiful view of the river. Hope to be back again.

The hotel had great facilities and is a regular choice for us due to location, parking and the facilities. This time our room was behind the spa area. Noisy and not very good.

I’ve never actually written a bad review for a hotel but this one is bad. Avoid if possible. When we arrived the toilet was clogged with bits of *matter* still in it as well as the sink left with hair and dirt in it. When I went to complain they said they’d take care of it and would leave a bottle of wine as an apology. When we came up 2 hours later-the toilet was fixed but the sink still wasn’t clean. To add insult to injury they left a 3£ bottle of 175 ml wine as the apology. The next morning the breakfast service was also poor as the waitress aggressively placed items on the table with the food being very mediocre. For 400 pounds a night it was a terrible experience. The place is poorly run. Avoid if possible

Lovely friendly staff, the soup for dinner was perfect for cold weather. All hotels pay attention, those little sauce, mayo jars? Cute but annoying if travelling. Swap them out like BW did for the sachets - perfect for those on the go!

Lovely clean hotel, staff all very friendly and excellent leisure facilities

It is a good property and centrally located. Their full breakfast is pretty good and convenient. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Gorgeous hotel, especially for a best western. The rooms are very cosy and clean and the service at the front desk is exceptional. Our only problem we had was that our shower would not run hot water. But we were going into the spa for swimming and used their showers, so it wasnt a problem.

Lovely stay with castle views, bathroom was a bit small but very functional. Convenient location to take day trips from, close to restaurants and shops.

The room and was a great size. The bed also very roomy and comfortable. There was a lot of dust on the furniture though not dirty. Breakfast was very good with lots of coffee and tea. I would stay again

We were at these hotel on business trip and stayed 3 nights . At first , we get rooms on the other building which looks like garage with windows. On main website there is no word about that hotel has few buildings. We had heavy luggages with us and no one from the hotel helped us to carry them on the floor. Rooms were clean but seems and smells like storage for brushes. WiFi connection was really poor. Breakfasts were nice but all the time the same. Location of the hotel were nice , close to pubs and restaurants. When we were watching a photos on main website we complete didn’t expect conditions which we get. It’s sad but true. It’s 4 starts hotel and we get camping instead.

Great Hotel.

Brilliant location just a short walk to the centre where all the shops and restaurants are. Room was a little hot thought the night but heater wasnt hot to touch. Bed was comfortable enough. Will deffo stay again and will hopefully will remember swimming stuff to use the pool facilities.

Check in and room were great. Bed really comfortable. A bit noisy from the squeaky floors in the room above as the guests moved around their room late at night so our sleep was disturbed butI am a light sleeper. My husband didn’t wake up. The cooked breakfast was all lukewarm and my fried egg was like rubber so we don’t think it was worth the money.

Ideally situated for what we can to do.

Weto stay for 3 nights,We booked the comfort room (double bed, table & 2 chairs, desk and chair) On arrival we were welcomed by reception staff & our bags were taken to our room (outbuildings) the room was alot smaller and on inspection we found we had been given a cosy room so we went back to reception and were happy to change it for us but said it was a classic room. We were given room 106 which on key card was marked as 2 nights stay but we though It was a mistake, This room from 6am had what sounded like swinging doors banging. Loud people talking and i think we worked out maybe as there was constant banging like a tumble dryer so possible laundry room. From 7am we were shocked to find there were rooms being cleaned by housecleaning where you could here hoovers going and banging doors. The room itself it lovely although the toilet roll is terrible for a high market hotel you can get better stuff from aldi. By day 2 we had to go and get are door key updated as 2 days were signed on card. When we left i was pretty tired from the stay and didnt mention to reception staff just left key and went but they need to look into these things. Positives- pool lovely! Cocktails taste amazing, breakfast good (if your a late eater food will be warm) hotel location is fab! I would stay in this hotel again but i would question where in hotel room was was to avoid noise like again. Im a heavy sleeper and it woke me up every time..

Too hot in room, view of a roof and incorrect food and drink billed to my room. Noisy as well, rooms are not soundproof.

Beautiful hotel and well situated in the centre of Inverness. On arrival was given a key card to the room which didn’t work. The porter came to let us in only to be let into a room that was occupied to another customer. Thank goodness they weren’t in the room at the time. How embarrassing would that have been !! Spa staff were lovely and friendly not all staff were as friendly unfortunately

Average - hotel has been done well, however wifi was awful and gym was shut.

Very convenient for shops and restaurants Dislikes, bed was extremely hard and car parking is limited, I only got parked in the car park once in a 4 night stay

The staff were very helpful, including reception and bistro. I left some utems in my room on departure and they posted them to me with no fuss. Can't them enpough

Booked here because of the pool and sauna. They were great, but the hotel itself was just as good. Lovely interior and friendly, helpful staff. Would recommend!!

We really enjoyed our time here! The staff were awesome and the overall experience in the hotel was memorable. The location was amazing and facilities were better than expected! I’d like to thank the staff for the quality customer service they provided. Inverness is a great place and this hotel is the perfect accommodation when you’re there!!

Excellent customer service from friendly staff. Food and drink selection was fantastic and all great quality. Rooms clean, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
