This was my 4th stay and I must say I was disappointed. The room was clean but had an overpoweringly musty odor. Also why was I given a handicapped room?

Only bad thing, the alarm clock was pre set for 6:15 and I didn’t know till it woke me up from a full sleep after a concert.

Everything was perfect except for the bed. The rooms look upgraded and spacious. I had a king bed suite, the room was spotless, big fridge, the tv let me use my firestick, but the bed was absolutely awful, hard as a rock, felt every spring. Worst night of sleep in the longest time.

Customer service was below average. Breakfast was below average. Room wasn't cleaned when we asked them to clean it. Room was hot, thermostat was not working. There was an issue with our room key where it wouldnt unlock the door. The young lady at the front desk seemed annoyed as if it was our fault. She said their system was down so she couldnt rekey it at the time, so she had to come up to our room to unlock the door with the master key. She took her own sweet time to come up to our room to open the door and she saw we had two cranky toddlers with us...she didn't care. Said she would have it fixed but it never was. We ended up switching rooms. Definitely was not the Hampton quality we expected. Will never book with them again.

AWFUL. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in 20 years and this is no exaggeration. I usually let little things go by the way. If you're expecting the typical Hampton Inn brand and service, you will be sorely disappointed and confused due to the number of highly rated reviews. Here is what I experienced that you can look forward to: 1. Unprofessional service from the front desk attendant. If you arrive late at night you will run into this worker. She will take forever to check you in, give you the wrong room with the wrong number of beds and will angrily defend her mistake. At one point she was yelling at me. The room I originally booked was available, she admitted, by the way. It felt like I was doing her job for her. Just unacceptable behavior. 2. Janky facility condition. Elevator from the 80's that barely works. Door handle must be twisted sharply up. Ants everywhere. Flimsy pillows. Air conditioner set to one temp, which is too hot. 3. Good luck getting an email response back even if you experienced the above and overpaid for the wrong room and wanted a resolution. Management does not care enough to respond. This is in a great location but it is clear it is a poorly ran hotel. Book anywhere else in West Palm Beach.

Easy process, very clean, good size room. Mattress was not very comfortable and the pillows get flat after a few minutes. We both woke up many times during the night. If driving in, may be a good idea to bring your pillow.

Fridge defrosted and leaked all over the floor. I used towels to clean up late at night and when I left for the day I notified the desk of the issue and needed more towels… she wrote it down and when I retuned to the room 14 hours later no new towels or fridge towels cleaned up. Breakfast items out and very slow to replenish. Lost time in the morning at breakfast.

I unfortunately walked into stain sheets which were replaced but the tub was very dirty. I called the front desk and she said she will send up a disinfectant so I can clean it and she never did so I had to walk to a nearby Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies .

I like the area and location. What I didn't like was the staff weren't welcoming. Arriving and leaving. Different staff members, yet same attitude!

The day of the checkout, which was at 11 in the morning, they started knocking on my door at 8, then they knocked on me again at 10 in the morning and at 10:40 the housekeeping was opening the door for me, super unpleasant, I couldn't rest and I felt like I was getting tired. According to the front desk, it was the maintenance man who touched me the previous two times because he had to do work in the room, something unjustified because the maintenance man should have known that the room had guests and he should not disturb them.

Everything was good except my blanket had a poop looking stain that kind of ruined everything else for us

Good location. Took 45 minutes to have an ice bucket brought to our room as ours was missing. Front desk apologized and said they were busy with others checking in.

All of the staff was welcoming and friendly. My kids loved the pool. The breakfast had a good selection. The hotel was clean.

Nothing unique but nice property with large rooms.

Great place, room was huge but OMG why can't hotels figure out their horrible showers?!? I sat in a rain storm at iThink amphitheatre with more water pressure. But that's the only issue

Really good visit. Employees were very friendly and room was very clean. Overnight stay on the way to the Keys so we were only there one night. I will stay here again.

The air conditioning was not working. Most of the hotel was very hot, elevator unbearable and my room was not cooler than 78 degrees.

Good location

Air conditioner was leaking water onto the carpet making it spongy and causing a terrible musty smell. I am allergic to mildew and woke up with a runny noise and cough. Uncomfortable bedding. Very limited breakfast options, no fruit or yogurt. Only one ice machine was working.
