We didn’t notice that we booked a tiny bed.

I live about 30 miles from the hotel, but my son was getting married close by, therefore we reserved a room for the weekend so we didn't have to drive back and forth. Family members from out of town reserved 7 additional rooms. After a long morning and afternoon of setting up and decorating for the rehearsal dinner we arrived at the hotel. I needed to get ready and get back to the venue for the dinner. The elderly man working the check in counter was so completely hateful to me, and said because I was a local I needed $150 in CASH to get into the room. I asked if they had an ATM, he said no. My husband asked where the closest one was and he said he didn't know. I asked if he could just use my debit and he yelled at me and pointed to a paper showing me their "policy". Collectively amongst my family, we were able to get $150 so I could check in. Got to my room and the key card would not work. Getting my money back on Sunday required a room inspection and then he wanted me to sign a document stating I had received the cash BEFORE I received it. The description of the property on Hotels.com actually says they do not accept cash. The room was disgusting, enamel coming off of the tub, also felt like I would fall in the shower. Uncomfortable bed, all rooms had an order and very dusty. I believe I got bit by bed bugs. Complete trash and very rude man at the front desk. La Quinta should be embarrassed.

One of the doors to the parking area was broken. Other than that it was clean, comfortable. Great stay

We had a 2 room suite and we loved the amount of space. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast- great price

Good stay with two issues. Sink was filled with hair trimmings upon arrival and EV charger rate is price gouging . Most hotels offer free EV charging not only was this not free it cost more then using a fast charger just up the street.

I stopped at the la Quinta in Labanon as a one-night stopover on the way to another location. All I wanted was a basic and cost effective room. It met all the minimum standards of cleanliness and was in reasonably good repair overall. One significant mark against it was there was no hot water. I couldn't say how often that is happening but just to be clear, I don't mean that they ran out of hot water easily, there we just none at all. That said, the motel at our final destination made the la Quinta look good so it can always be worse.

The room was super clean, spacious, and very comfortable. First time stay at La Quinta, and we are impressed! Thanks for letting my dogs stay too! We are in the middle of a cross country move
