Check in was very helpful and friendly but hotel was very run down and dirty. Not a RR standad quality. We got refund and went next door to a much nicer hotel.

Room was dirty and in terrible condition Hotel itself smelled to bad Dogs kept barking all night from other room Had no extra clean towels Couldnt get a extra pillow cause front desk lady said they stoled them all

The room was filthy. Bedspreads stained. We went to Walmart and bought bug spray, sleeping bags and pillows

It was ok. The room is big and the bathroom was clean. Few areas on the wall needs painting and repair. The windows needs cleaning.

Beware!! The pictures of this hotel that are posted online or either highly Photoshopped Or were taken 20 years ago. Once we pulled up to the front of the hotel, I knew they were going to be an issue because it looked nothing like the hotel we viewed online. Upon entering the hotel alarm bells begin going off in my head As this was a no smoking hotel yet the aroma of cigarette smoke and pot smoke field the area around the front desk. However, the rooms looked amazing “online” so I wanted to see them. As I walked down the hallway. The smell was no greater nor any less, however, the floor tiles were missing and broken as I walked by the laundry room and Glen inside I could see that it was in disarray and looked very dirty. When I got to my room, the lock that I was to use my key card on had been tampered with and looked broken, but it worked, I open the door and was completely taken back. The room was filthy. Paint was missing on the walls and doors. There was blood on the towels, the bed was broken, Most of the towels on the floor were peeling up or missing, and the door looked like it had been kicked many times from the inside rather than the outside. The bathroom was either uncleaned or never cleaned as the toilet was filthy, the shower had mildew and soap, gum everywhere, and as I said before, there was blood on the towels. I would not stay there with my wife and daughter, it was too filthy and extremely sketchy. We walked in and to the room, then left and drove back home.

No one was at the desk to check in. Everything looked dirty and shabby. There were holes in the walls. Conditions looked unsafe. We never checked in and asked to cancel reservations.

Everything in the hotel is absolutely filthy. The hallways look like they haven’t been swept in weeks. floor in our room was dirty had to keep wiping our feet off so we would not get dirt in the bed . There were stains on the bedspread. I would never ever stay here again we have stayed Red roof before I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. I should’ve read the reviews for the warnings and you think that people would clean this place up since they have such bad reviews. Horrible horrible place to stay wish I could’ve switched it, but I don’t know how, I cannot believe hotels.com list this place with all the bad reviews.

Door wouldnt double lock. Chain on door was busted. Bathroom door will not shut and needs painted. Hole in wall where plug was put for tv with no cover. Room was very dark especially bathroom. Window ledge was filthy and frame warped. Main neefs painted and you can see daylight all around it. Felt very unsafe. Will not recommed to anyone.
